This quirky place had to be a part of this list. Situated a 40-minute drive away from Edinburgh in the village of Gifford, I can’t think of a more perfect Airbnb to escape to with the SO or the best friend. They said it themselves, take a soak in the hot tub and look up at the stars. It’s affordable too. Booked!
