15 Items To Help Organize Your Desk

Nothing is worse than having a messy desk. If you’re someone who finds themselves working in bed or at the dinner table because your desk is too destructive to handle this list is for you. Below are 15 items that will help you organize your desk and get back to work.

1. Adjustable Book Shelf

What’s nice about this book shelf is that you can reshape it to fit your needs. It is adjustable and has different ways you can place it on your desk. Another nice thing about the shelf is that because you can move it you don’t have to worry about attaching it to the wall.

2. Drawers

If your desk doesn’t have drawers or even if it does the more drawers the better. You can easily place this underneath your desk so that way they won’t get in the way of your work area too or take up space in your office or bedroom.

3. Pencil Holders

Pencil holders are a must. Even if you just have one to hold everything it’s better than just having strewn writing tools across your desk. If you are more artsy or have an assortment of office supplies pencil holders will also help you organize your markers, pens, pencils and more.

4. Cable Holders

These little guys are a godsend. They make sure that your charger is always where it should be instead of falling into the abyss underneath your desk. They’re also just incredibly cute too. They’re a great way to organize your desk.

5. Screen Riser

If you are one of the lucky fews with an actual desktop computer having a lift can save your desk space. For one thing it will stop you from having to strain your eyes and neck by looking down. It will also give you an extra storage space on your desk.

6. Pen Drawer

What’s nifty about this little pen drawer that unlike a normal pencil holder it will take up no space on your desk. Just attach it to the bottom of your desk and you have yourself a safe little space to store your stationary.

7. Tape Dispenser

This may sound less like an organizational tool and more of a nice thing to have but it’s actually great for organizing. By having a tape dispenser you’ll never have to go searching for it again and because it will be larger than a normal piece of tape you also won’t lose it.

8. Bookends

If you have a lot of books on your desk and want to display them nicely consider getting a pair of bookends. You can get a more simple set or you can instead go for something that will show off your taste.

9. Cable Organizer

Nothing is more annoying than when you find all of your cables tangled and out of order. With a cable organizer you won’t have to worry about trying to detangle your lamp from your phone charger.
