10 Iphone Apps To Make Your Life Easier

We all have iPhone Apps, probably more than we need, but just how many of those apps actually help you out. They are mostly games, social media, and other required apps that we don’t really need. There are a lot of apps out there that were specifically made to make your life easier, and here are 10 of them!

1. GasBuddy

Gas is extremely expensive and very unpredictable. We have all stopped to get gas and paid one price, but five minutes later passed a station where the gas was cheaper! GasBuddy eliminates this completely by showing you the best available gas prices in your area. They also have partnered with retail establishments and released a credit card that allows you to earn cash back on common purchases.

2. Ibotta

Ibotta is a cash back app that allows you to pick and choose when to use it. Although this should be one of the most common iPhone apps, barely anyone uses it! They have cash back options over 250 stores, whether it be mobile ordering or post-shopping submission. The app is free, and all you have to do is take a picture of your receipt. If you’re wanting to use the mobile shopping feature, visit the site through the Ibotta app. The cash back you receive adds up and at $20 you can either send to your Venmo account, get an e-gift card, or leave the money in your Ibotta account.

3. HiFutureSelf

HiFutureSelf is a reminder service that doesn’t clutter your notifications or freak you out with those looming boxes to be checked. This app allows you to set a time and text to be sent to you as a notification at the moment you need it. Instead of creating a to-do list, plan your time and set yourself reminders to keep you on schedule. There is also a feature to invite friends to a reminder, so it functions as an event calendar.

4. Mint

In today’s society, and the fact that we never learned it in high school, budgeting is essential. The Mint app allows you to create your own budgets and gives you suggestions based on your spending. It also allows you to link your bills and reminds you so you never miss one. You can check your credit through Mint as well, but I suggest using a more reputable site such as Credit Karma for that.

5. 24me

24me is the best of personal assistant iPhone apps. It combines your calendars, to-do lists, notes, and all personal social media accounts so that everything is in one place. You can set reminders, use it for maps, and enter conference calls. You can set reminders through the app itself, through Siri, or surprisingly, through your Amazon Echo! The idea behind this app is to give you more “me” time by eliminating excess planning and stress.

6. Keeper

Six months go by and all of a sudden you have to change your computer and account passwords again. Of course, all of them have different requirements and restrictions, so it gets crazy trying to remember them all. That is where Keeper comes in! This app generates random passwords for any synced accounts and stores the information. When you go to log in, the password auto fills so you never have to remember it! While you can save passwords to most computers, this app in encrypted and prevents any and all data breaches. It also allows you to add up to five emergency users in case something crazy happens.

7. Flipboard

Flipboard allows you to personalize your news and create your own “personal” magazines. They offer news from all of the big names such as The New York Times and The Washington Post, not to mention magazines such as Vanity Fair. This app takes your most often read article category and shows you stories you will be interested in. Reading and keeping up with news will be better with this app!

8. Clue

Clue is an app for those of us who get periods and want to track out cycles! You enter your data and the app will give your predictions on PMS, your period and your fertile window. There are 30+ options for other period symptoms such as acne, headaches, and emotions. This app is perfect for those who are actively trying to get pregnant since it shows you a more detailed fertile window each time you enter data.

9. Digit

Digit connects to your checking account and analyzes your spending habits. Each day they will take a reasonable amount from your account, say $2-3 average, and store it on your Digit app. You can set personal mini savings accounts for things such as vacation or your credit card bill. There are really no downsides to this app because if you’re in a pinch, you can always send the saved money back to your checking account.

10. Sleepbot

Sleep iPhone apps allow you to set an alarm for between two certain times, say 6AM and 630AM. The idea behind the Sleepbot app is that it is harder to wake up when you’re in a deep sleep as opposed to lighter sleep. The app analyzes your sleeping pattern and decides what time is best to wake you up between the two given times. It also allows you to choose a song to wake up to like your normal alarm clock app.
