The Best International Cuisine Food Spots In The San Fernando Valley

In a town as small as the San Fernando Valley, you might think there aren’t many choices for international cuisine. Au contraire! Being that the San Fernando Valley is in such close proximity to Los Angeles, there is plenty of  diversity to  go around. And with diversity, come the delicious flavors of  international cuisine. Here are some of the best international cuisine food spots for when I feel like taking my stomach on a trip around the world!

1.Jasmine Thai Cuisine

If you are in the mood for some Thai food, this is the perfect spot to try. As soon as you walk into this restaurant, you are drawn in by it’s serene atmosphere created by the dimmed lights and elegant decor. This is the perfect spot for a quiet date or an after work meeting with friends! Not to mention, the food is delicious! Be sure to try the Tom Kha Kai, a tasty coconut milk and mushroom soup. The Panang curry goes great with the combination fried rice and an ice cold Thai Tea! YUM! This is one of the best international cuisine food spots in the San Fernando Valley.

2.Salsa and Beer

Tucked away in a seemingly ordinary strip mall is this gem of authentic Mexican cuisine. Specializing in comida casera (homemade food) of the Zacatecas region of Mexico, you can sample delicious fajitas, tortas, and enchiladas. Be sure to try their signature bean dip made with secret spices, but be sure to make a reservation first. This place gets packed! This is one of the best international cuisine food spots in the San Fernando Valley.

3. Anarbagh Indian Restaurant

The quiet atmosphere combined with the faint sound of music in the background creates an immersive experience made better by the countless amount of garlic naan and tandoori chicken that you’ll consume when you step inside this gem! You can’t leave without trying the Chicken Tikka Masala or the Chicken Coconut Curry, but did I mention the Naan! Eaten on it’s own or dipped in their selection of curry, you will be tempted to stuff some leftovers in your purse. Or is that just me? This is one of the best international cuisine food spots in the San Fernando Valley.
