7 Important Outfits To Bring To College
It is difficult to know what important outfits to bring to college until you’ve been there for a while semester and realize you don’t have the right ones. You might need to look professional for some of your classes, but you definitely want to look cute and be comfortable. How do you know what outfits to bring with you that match all of those requirements? Hopefully, this article can help with all of that.
1. Cute Leggings/Yoga Pants Look
College girls want to look cute and be comfortable while sitting in class, or hanging out with their friends. I, on the other hand, wore Red Sox shirts and shorts almost every day I was at school. But my roommate really liked getting dressed up every day, so I know a little bit from her.
Everyone wears leggings and yoga pants, so you can never go wrong wearing them! And I wear sweatshirts a lot, so I thought that would look nice with leggings. You can wear a zip-up sweatshirt like the one shown below, or a crewneck. This is definitely one of the important outfits that are comfortable that you need for college!

2. Cute Turtleneck Sweater
You can’t ever go wrong with a turtleneck sweater and some leggings or jeans. A tight turtleneck with some mom or boyfriend jeans is one of the important outfits you NEED for college!
You can get a turtleneck sweater in any color and any pattern, ad they’re extremely versatile pieces of clothing. It is the perfect top to wear any time of the year, so hopefully, it will work for you, too.

3. Hanging Around Outfit
Everyone needs an outfit just to lounge in, and this is the perfect outfit for that! Crop tops are comfortable to just sit around in, and so are bike shorts because they’re so comfy. Sneakers are good for lounging around in, too, especially if you don’t want to walk around the dorms barefoot.
You always need an outfit that’s like pajamas without being pajamas. This is an outfit that you can wear outside or you can wear to bed, so it’s a good outfit to take to school. You could even wear it to class on one of those lazy days where you don’t feel like getting dressed up. It’s a great everyday outfit, which is why it’s one of the most important outfits you need to take to college.

4. Sweater Vest
If you want to wear something a little more dressy than leggings and a sweater, the sweater vest is a good option! I love vests because they don’t cover your arms if you get hot easily, but they still look fancy enough where you could get away with them during a presentation or a job interview if you want.
You always need one outfit that is really nice, especially if you’re in a major that requires you to be dressed up. Sweater vests can add to an outfit that isn’t that fancy and make it look really nice. You can pair the sweater vest with a cute tennis skirt and a blouse underneath, completing the outfit.

5. Cute Jeans Look
Fancy outfits are great and all, but it’s also nice to have a relaxing outfit to wear instead. Jeans are always comfortable to wear, and when you wear them with the right top, they can definitely look cute, too. Jeans can be worn for every event, too, which makes them a great aspect of the most important outfits to bring to college.
I wore jeans almost every day in college. They are really nice and any sweater or t-shirt goes with them, too, so I kept a few pairs in my closet. Since they come in several different colors, almost any color sweater or top can match them, too. Colorful outfits always look better than plain colors, too, so colored jeans are nicer to look at.

6. Cute Sundress Look
Sundresses are really comfortable and they feel really nice. Most sundresses are made of stretchy material. The stretchy material makes the dress easy to move around in and comfortable to sit down in. You can also wear sneakers with sundresses and it will still look nice, and it will still be comfortable to walk around in.
I think sundresses are the most comfortable out of all of the dresses to wear, which makes it one of the important outfits to bring to college. You can also get away with wearing a sweater or a jacket of some sort, too, so that makes it easier to wear a lot of the time. I hate dresses, too, so when I like wearing them, that means it’s comfortable.

7. Oversized Sweater Look
This is one of those outfits you wear on fall days when you’re too lazy to wear seventeen layers of clothes. A large sweater, if it’s long enough, can be worn on its own as a dress with some white knee-high boots. Large sweaters are always the way to go.
The bigger the sweater is, the warmer you’re going to be. That’s just the way it works. This is one of the important outfits you need for college because it’s super fashionable.
