1-3 Tsp Instant Coffee Powder

3 Tsp Cocoa Powder

2 Tsp Sugar

50ml Boiling Water

1-3 Drops Peppermint Extract

200ml Milk (any kind)

Method:

  • Combine Instant Coffee, Cocoa Powder, Sugar, Peppermint Extract and Boiling Water to make a thick paste.
  • Slowly stir Milk into the coffee paste mixture – use a whisk to ensure no lumps
  • Add Ice and serve!
