7. Lip Plumper
If you desire fuller lips, you will be happy to know that you can create your own plumper for any time you please! Just gather some raw cocoa butter, olive oil, and cinnamon essential oil and get mixing. This is one of the most sought after homemade beauty recipes.

Recipe:
Place cocoa butter into a small mixing bowl. Melt it if it will make it easier to work with and add the olive oil. Mix in 5-8 drops of cinnamon essential oil. Remember, lip plumper works by slightly “irritating” the skin. The cinnamon acts as the irritant, which means the more you add, the more potent it will become! Pour into a small container with lid to store.

Directions: Apply to lips with your fingertip. You can remove after a minute or two with warm water or wear it as a lip balm if you choose.

Recipe:
Slowly add 1/4 of a cup of cornstarch to 1cup of warm water, stirring constantly to avoid clumps. Add 1/4 of a cup of witch hazel and a few drops of essential oil to the mixture. The essential oil is optional for fragrance, so choose whichever scent you most prefer! Pour into a spray bottle for easy application.

Directions:
Shake well before each use! Spray onto oily parts of the hair and allow it to dry. Style as usual.
