This page also features fitness motivation, to get you excited for working toward a healthier lifestyle. Other than healthy foods, this page also gives followers advice on healthy drinks to consume and healthy skin care product for your skin. This page connects followers of multiple demographics, leading to them living their best lifestyles.

This Instagram your makes you think about the things that you are putting in your body and how it affects you in the long run. Something I love is that @healthyfoodadvice gives you informational life hacks about what foods are good for you when you have a cold, a headache, a stomach ache, etc. Other than this the Instagram page gives you fun and healthy recipes that you can make. It also gives you advice about things that you may have not know about health wise, for example, how much water you should be drinking a day. This page is perfect if you are looking to gathering information about things you can change about your lifestyle to make it more healthy.

@fitgirlsguide is the best page if you are looking to get healthy, but don’t want to do it alone. This Instagram gives followers a community of other women that are right there with you, trying to put in the work to be healthy. This page gives followers motivational stories of people just like you that are trying to be healthy and it is inspiring seeing them do it! This page is an actual guide to teacher girls how to live a healthy lifestyle with the motivational support that you need.

This page gives followers a ton of different workout that you can do at home. I really like how Miller will take pictures or videos of her doing the workout, so we get an easy demonstration on how it is done. Not only does she share fitness advice, but also hair, skin, and clothing advice.

It also gives you good information on the types of healthy snacks you should try eating and what an appropriate serving size of them really is. This healthy Instagram page is definitely a life changer!

I love to look at this page before I try to plan out what I want to eat for a meal or a snack. This healthy Instagram site gives followers tons of health meal and snack options that you can make. Something that I really like about it is that it gives you lists on what the healthiest foods you can eat are. This page gives you get healthy information that you never thought you needed to know. This is the go to page for me when I am trying to practice a healthy lifestyle.
