Transfer into small pudding cups, refrigerate overnight, and enjoy the next day!

For this healthy fruit recipe, all you need to do is blend together 1 and 1/2 cups of plain fat-free Greek yogurt with 3 tbsp of honey, and 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract. Next, you’re going to heat up a medium saucepan and cook 2 cups of blueberries with 1/4 cup of honey. Put both mixtures into squeeze tubes, and alternate back and forth with the mixtures in popsicle molds. Freeze overnight, and enjoy!

For this fruit recipe, in a bowl, melt 3/4 stick of butter in the microwave, and then add 3/4 cup of brown sugar to it, mixing it fast, and letting the sugar soak up the butter. Cut some pineapple slices and grill them until they have the beautiful grill marks, and then quickly brush each side with your brown sugar mixture. You can sprinkle some cinnamon if you would like some more extra spice!

In a bowl, combine 1/4 cup of turbinado sugar, 1/8 tsp of ground ginger, 1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon, and a pinch of ground nutmeg. Line the mangoes on your baking sheet, and put the mixture on top.
