20 Halloween Recipes That Are Spook-tacular

Now that it is fall time, it’s time for pumpkin spice, candy corn, and apple cider. Get in the Halloween spirit with these 20 Spooktacular Halloween recipes that will send shivers down your spine!

1. Halloween Pizza Bites

Add a fun spin to your next pizza night with this Halloween hack! Use the pizza dough to cut out spooky shapes and creatures that will knock the socks off of whoever eats these treats. Try out some pizza pumpkins, ghosts, and gravestones to add a festive spin to your next meal!

2. Oreo Spiders

These treats will give you creepy crawlies but will also be delicious at the same time! To make this recipe, you will need Oreos, icing, and pretzels. Dip the Oreos in the icing or chocolate and add in the pretzel sticks to create the spider legs on your Oreos. Enjoy with milk and try not to eat all of them!

3. Rice Krispy Treats Brains

Of all the Halloween recipes, this one might be the most disgusting as it involves brains! Prepare your Rice Krispy Treats as usual but add in red food dye to create the pink color or a brain. Mold your treats into a brain shape and enjoy the mushy goodness of these brains!

4. Mummy Dogs

We love this recipe because it is so stinkin’ cute! All you need is biscuit dough and hotdogs to create these mummies in your tummy. Set each hotdog out on a sheet and wrap the raw biscuit dough around in a mummy manner. Bake for the allotted time and enjoy!

5. Eyeball Truffles

Take your traditional truffles and add a spooky twist to them! Use your best baker’s touch and decorate your truffles to the spookiest of your abilities. You can make eyeballs for the scariest version of this recipe of happy pumpkins if that’s more your vibe.

6. Halloween Taco Dip

Super yummy and filling, taco dip is definitely one of our faves, but when it is the Halloween version, it is 10 times better! Use foot dye to your heart’s content for some spooky colors and decorate the top of your dip with a fun pumpkin face or other Halloween shape.

7. Halloween Ghost Fruit Kabobs

These kabobs are a healthy alternative to get into the Halloween spirit. This is basically just a regular fruit kabob with whatever fruits you want, but add some festiveness to the fruits with eyes and decorations.

For our younger readers, we know that charcuterie boards are very popular. Some options for your boards could be an entire Halloween candy board or Halloween-themed foods and cheeses. Either way, these Halloween recipes are too cute to pass up!

Give your favorite cookie recipe a festive spin! Our personal favorites are chocolate chip cookies with icing to make that spooky spider and cobwebs to the top. Extra chocolate is a must, so use more to decorate the tops to look like a spider!

Try out those beautiful orange peppers that are always at the store to create this tray and use other filler veggies to create a tasty snack. Buy any can of your favorite cinnamon rolls, and before baking, arrange the dough to look more like a pumping than your average cinnamon roll.
