 Cute with cobwebs:

If you want something simple, then this is the look for you. You need minimal products and it doesn’t matter about your skill level. Cobwebs scream Halloween fun and will not take long to do. All you need is a black eyeliner. I love the Collection extreme 24-hour felt tip eyeliner from Superdrug, for £2.99. All you have to do is pick somewhere on your face, an eye is a great place to start and then draw 4 straight, spaced out diagonal lines. You can then join up the lines with smaller liners running horizontal across it. This will create a web-like texture. If you are feeling extra creative, try drawing a spider!

A creepy clown:

Clowns are many people’s worst nightmare. So, if you want to cause a fright, a clown is a great way to make a statement. Again, you will need an eyeliner. Draw a triangle above your eyebrow in the center, then an upside-down triangle underneath your eye in the center. The collection eyeliner is great to use again for this look. You can top the tip of the triangle with blood or a gem! Finish off with a dark lip and red circle on the tip of your nose to finish the look off!

A scary scarecrow:

Scarecrows have a certain spook, this is another simple look. All you have to do is draw horizontal lines on either side of your mouth up towards your ears.  Then add in smaller slashes across the lines to give a stitched look effect. You can add an orange nose for added effect! To achieve this, I love using the MAC Cosmetics modern mandarin powder blush.

Crazy cat:

A cat is a much loved Halloween favorite and is perfect for when you need a last-minute fix. For this again all you need is an eyeliner, create a cat flick on the eyes, a black circle on the tip of your nose and then some black dots around the mouth. If you want a more realistic effect you can add white around the mouth with some soft flicks to look like whiskers. You can also line the lips to flick upwards like a cat! This is one of our favorite Halloween makeup looks!

Pop art:

Over the years pop art makeup has become a massive favorite for Halloween. This can be a bit more complicated than the others I have mentioned but should be just as easy. You can do this look to suit you, you could try lining the outline of your face and jaw, create lines on your cheekbone and the outline of your lip. You could then add tears from the eyes or colored dots. Get creative and have fun with it! I love taking a red lipstick, in particular, YSL in 01 Le Rouge to achieve this!

The zombie bride:

If you want something that screams blood and gore, then this is the look for you. It doesn’t have to be perfect and is very easy. Simply smudge blood around your lip and other parts of your body like your hand. Add some red smudged lipstick and black smudged eyeshadow all over the eyes. A great black eyeshadow is the Anastasia Beverly Hills eyeshadow single in Noir for £12, available from Feel Unique. For added effect add a ring and a veil! We love what you can do with this type of Halloween makeup!

The classic skeleton:

Another favorite is a skeleton. This can take a bit of time but is simply achieved with a white base, black circles around the eyes and then a black line across the mouth up towards the cheeks. You can then add on teeth to get creative. You can find lots of step by steps online.
