There are ten guilty pleasure meals that we all love. Yes, they’re probably a bit embarrassing, but you know you love them. They’re those meals that you choose whenever you’re having an off day. These guilty pleasures make you feel better in the toughest of times. They’re either carb heavy, fast food, or completely unhealthy. Donuts, Taco Bell burritos, and Top Ramen are just a few to name. The fact that these meals are so unhealthy is what makes them such a pleasure. We all have them so we shouldn’t be ashamed. My mouth is watering just thinking about some of these meals. Donuts aren’t technically a meal, but we act like they are. We grab them when we need a quick fix for breakfast or maybe even a snack. They’re tasty but are filled with empty calories. Every time I go and grab a donut I know it’s a guilty pleasure.
Sometimes you need a little MSG in your life. Chinese take-out is one of the best guilty pleasures. The noodles, sauced chicken or beef, and the fortune cookie are delicious. We all know it’s completely unhealthy, but sometimes Chinese take-out is all you need.
