12 Gluten-Free Snacks That Belong In Your Pantry

No white, no barley, no rye, no grains; the list goes on and on if you are gluten-free. Whether you are gluten-free for allergy reasons or health reasons, it can be hard to have snacks on hand especially if you a big snack girl, like me! After lots of trial and error, and lots of snacking, here are 12 gluten-free snacks that belong in your pantry!

1. Glutino Pretzel Twists

These are pretty straightforward and as close to the real thing that a gluten-free pretzel has gotten to! My personal faves are the snack packs that are easy to throw in your backpack before class or if you are watching your portions.

This is a safe snack that is gluten-free, soy-free, wheat-free, and does not contain casein! Glutino has several other snacky bits that you might love too!

2. Rhythm Cauliflower Bites

I purchased these in my first efforts to build my gluten-free pantry, but I had very low expectations of them. I was VERY wrong as they are very tasty, a great low-calorie option, and offer tons of flavors. My favorite would have to be the buffalo ranch flavor as it is a little spicy and will satisfy any salty craving that you have!

For our vegan friends, this is a great vegan snack option as well as one that is organic and non-GMO! Throw these little bites over your next salad for some more flavor and crunch to spice things up just a little bit.

3. Siete Chips

If you haven’t heard of Siete Chips, you must be living under a rock! Siete is free of a lot of the major allergens but still is delicious especially paired with your favorite dip or by itself. The possibilities are endless in the creation of yummy snacks to keep your tummy full!

Siete has grown their grain-free empire with more snacks outside of tortillas chips. Siete now offers potato chips, tortillas, taco shells, hot sauces, and sweets that will make any GF lover happy.

4. Purely Elizabeth Granola

Perfect over yogurt or just straight from the bag, granola is a staple in anyone’s pantry regardless of allergies or diets! We love Purely Elizabeth granola for the tasty flavor and the other yummy foods offered from this brand to satisfy every craving.

Check out this company next time you are doing your weekly food shopping for some funs surprises and gluten-free snack alternatives that Purely Elizabeth offers!

5. Mom’s Best Cereals

Breakfast might be the most important meal of the day, but so is your 11 pm bowl of cereal before bed. These cereals pair nicely with your favorite dairy alternative milk; our personal favorite is oat milk with the crispy cocoa rice cereal.

There are so many great flavors of this cereal which is why we are so obsessed with this company and their gluten-free mission. This will satisfy your sweet tooth and craving while still within your diet!

6. Goodie Girl Cookies

For all of our sweet-tooth girlies, these Goodie Girl cookies are going to be a home run in your pantry and in your mouth! While on your gluten-free diet, you might be missing Oreos or Chips Ahoy. Fear not because Goodie Girl has your back.

With traditional flavors that you know and love, this adorable brand also offers some new flavors for you to try and fall in love with. These are perfect for dunking in milk or by themselves!

7. Annie’s Snickerdoodle Bunnies

There is something about these adorable little bunnies that are so tasty but so cute! Annie’s is building their gluten-free snack pantry as well with more and more options for our GF friends to enjoy. Grab a handful to satisfy that sweet tooth and be on your way! We are crossing our fingers for a gluten-free version of the cheddar bunnies to be released soon!

8. Lance GF Cheddar Cheese Crackers

Something I did not think I would miss was the familiar taste of cheese crackers like Cheese Itz or CheeseNips, but I did! This gluten-free alternative helps to hit that craving and it might be even tastier than actual crackers!

Lance is beginning to add alternatives to their most popular products, so keep your eyes peeled next time you are snack shopping!

10. Bobo’s Gluten-Free Toaster Pastries

Move over Pop-Tarts because we love Bobo’s more! Bobo’s offers so many flavors that you won’t be craving gluten-filled Pop-Tarts anymore. These lovely snacks are soy-free, vegan, non-GMO, and of course, gluten-free. This is the perfect gluten-free snack for on the go or for a quick treat!

11. ParmCrisps

Something crispy, crunchy, and cheesy are all a girl can ask for in a snack, especially a gluten-free snack! Not only are these crunchy snacks gluten-free, but they are keto friendly, sugar-free, and full of protein to keep you happy and full.

These can be enjoyed by themselves or added to any meal or other snack for an added crunch in your meal! Our favorite way to eat them is by themselves or in a sandwich!

12. Enjoy Life Crunchy Chocolate Chip Cookies

My fave midnight snack would have to be a cup of chocolate pudding with one of these GF cookies for dipping. So. Freaking. Good! Enjoy Life has a big line of snacks and baked goods that are allergen-friendly, and just like the name, are things that you can still enjoy despite your diet preferences or allergies!
