Do you have friends that do not like gluten in their food or they are allergic to it? Well, with these gluten-free meals, your friends will not have to miss out on delicious dishes like lasagna or steak. These gluten-free ideas are a viable dinner options for college students, family gatherings, weddings, and other occasions that are casual or formal. Here is a list of gluten-free meals to make for your friends.

Zucchini Lasagna Roll-Ups

The zucchini lasagna roll-ups are one of the perfect gluten-free meals to make for vegetarians and meat-lovers. This lasagna is a healthy and easy way to add more vegetables into your diet, while also reducing your gluten-intake. If you like the idea of reduced carbohydrates, then this is the perfect meal to try with friends and family. This lasagna consists of zucchini, ricotta cheese, grated parmesan, eggs, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and grated mozzarella.

Jerk Chicken

This lasagna consists of eggplants, salt, pepper, extra-virgin olive oil, minced garlic, a yellow onion, oregano, marinara, whole-milk ricotta cheese, grated parmesan cheese, a large egg, chopped parsley, and shredded mozzarella. These meatballs consist of ground chicken, garlic cloves, a beaten egg, grated parmesan (and more for garnish), chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, extra-virgin olive oil, butter, lemon juice, and a pound of gluten-free noodles. Spinach Artichoke Stuffed Peppers

The spinach artichoke stuffed peppers are a good appetizer to have for casual settings like college parties and family gatherings. This once known dip has turned into a gluten-free meal for friends and family. This recipe consists of bell peppers (halved and seeded), extra-virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, shredded rotisserie chicken (you can remove it if you are a vegetarian), a package of frozen or fresh spinach, shredded mozzarella, grated parmesan, sour cream, mayonnaise, cloves of garlic, and chopped parsley as a garnish. Tuscan Butter Roast Chicken

The Tuscan butter roast chicken is one of the few gluten-free meals that sounds more like a meal filled with gluten, but that is not the case. If you like chicken, this is the perfect meal for you. This chicken consists of a whole chicken, salt, pepper, halved baby potatoes, a head of broccoli cut up in florets, a red onion, cherry tomatoes, extra-virgin olive oil, a pinch of red pepper flakes, melted butter, cloves of garlic, Italian seasoning, sliced basil, and spinach to serve as a part of the meal. The Tuscan butter chicken is a perfect meal to have as leftovers. You can turn these leftovers into a chicken salad for lunch or into a chicken noodle soup. 

Black Bean Soup

Black bean soup is a good healthy and easy gluten-free meal to make this year. The soup takes about 15 minutes of prep work and then, in 35 minutes, it is ready to be served for lunch or dinner (whichever fits your needs). This soup consists of extra-virgin olive oil, a chopped red onion, cloves of garlic, minced jalapenos, tomato paste, salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, cans of black beans (with liquid), one quart of low-sodium vegetable (or chicken) stock, a sliced avocado, and chopped cilantro.

This cheesy bacon butternut squash consists of butternut squash (cut and peeled), olive oil, cloves of garlic, chopped thyme, salt, pepper, chopped bacon, shredded mozzarella, grated parmesan, and chopped parsley to garnish the meal. The cheesy bacon butternut squash is a good meal with a salad, for a fresh and healthy lunch on campus or at the office.

Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Zucchini

The jalapeno popper stuffed zucchini is a fun and fresh way to make the best out of your stash of jalapenos that are sitting in your fridge. These poppers consist of zucchini, cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, shredded cheddar, bacon, a minced jalapeno, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. The jalapeno popper stuffed zucchini is nothing like the jalapeno poppers from Arbys, they are gluten-free and have a fresh taste.
