What you’ll need for the rim:
- 1 tbsp caramel sauce
- 2 tbsp roasted peanuts (finely cut)

- 3 cups of thick vanilla custard
- 1/2 cup of vanilla vodka
- 1/4 cup of thickened cream
- 2 tbsp of butterscotch schnapps
- 2/3 cup of caster sugar
- 1/3 cup of water
- caramel sauce
Steps for serving:
- line baking tray with foil
- place sugar and water in small saucepan over low heat and stir until sugar dissolves
- increase heat to medium and let sit until dark golden
- pour mixture onto prepared tray and set aside to cool completely
- break toffee into shards and serve in your cocktail
