The basic definition of what film to watch during a sleepover! How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days is basically a sleepover ritual. It is funny, cute and we’re all in love with Kate Hudson in that golden backless dress.
As the self-explanatory title suggests, this film is about two people trying to prove a point but inevitably things get tricky.
“You can’t lose something you never had.”
Directed By: Anne Fletcher
We didn’t know we needed Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds starring opposite each other before The Proposal came out. They are a dynamic duo who bounce of each other quite impressively.
The Proposal is funny, heartwarming and down-right adorable. Especially when barriers break down and you eventually fall in love.
“So Margaret, marry me, because I’d like to date you.”
Directed By: Martin Brest
Prepare the peanut butter and the tissues, ladies, because your next sleepover will be a train-wreck simply due to this one film.

“I wanna be someone’s first choice.”

No sleepover is complete without a horror flick to set the mood for the evening. But, we chose The Cabin In The Woods, because it’s comedic while still remaining scary at times.

A heartbreaking journey that will make you feel and empathise with both characters.

A film that might just change your life or give you an insight into what dating is really like. A film about interconnecting stories with people who are in different stages in a relationship.
We learn something new from all of them and the challenges that comes with misreading human behaviour.
Made up of a stellar cast, He’s Just Not That Into You is dramatic yet comedic at the same time.
“And maybe a happy ending doesn’t include a guy, maybe… it’s you, on your own, picking up the pieces and starting over, freeing yourself up for something better in the future. Maybe the happy ending is… just… moving on. Or maybe the happy ending is this, knowing after all the unreturned phone calls, broken-hearts, through the blunders and misread signals, through all the pain and embarrassment you never gave up hope.”
Directed By: Howard Zieff
A young Macaulay Culkin and a young Anna Chlumsky is exactly what you need to add to your sleepover agenda. These two taught us everything about young love. Not only that, but they taught us more about loss. Losing a best friend is unbelievably difficult.
