Boxing has been around for a while, but seems to really be trending in today’s society. Maybe it’s the new Creed movie or the fact that Demi Lovato uses boxing as her form of exercise therapy, but who knows?
One boxing session consists of two people, usually yourself and a trainer (if you are a beginner), wearing protective gloves and throwing various combinations of punches at each other. Normally with a trainer, you throw the punches and he attempts to block them and guide your punches in various ways.
Boxing is a stress relieving workout that allows you to burn calories and be aggressive without actually hurting anyone.
