15 Fruity Cocktails Perfect For Sipping In The Summer

Spend this summer with a delicious, fruity cocktail in your hand!  You can easily beat the heat while giving yourself a refreshing beverage that will chill you out and let you relax in the sunshine.  Grab some ice, your classy glasses, and a variety of juices, and you can be enjoying these amazing drinks before you know it!

1) Passion Fruit Martini

Treat yourself to this perfumey and subtle sweet martini!  The martini is a classic drink for good reason, so this summer adaptation makes an excellent choice, whether it’s a scorching day or you’re just in the mood for a sweet, refined drink.  To make this passion fruit martini, you’ll need about an ounce of vodka, 2/3 an ounce of passion fruit liqueur, 1 part passion fruit pulp, 1/2 of a passion fruit, and some ice cubes.  It’s as simple as getting your cocktail shaker, shaking up your ingredients, and straining them into your chilled martini glass.

2) Tequila Sunrise

This drink is so beautiful and aesthetic that you may not even want to drink it, but you won’t feel sorry once you’ve tried this sweet concoction.  This is a simple drink to stir up; you’ll need 2 ounces of tequila, 4 ounces of orange juice, and 1/2 ounce of grenadine, plus ice and fruit for garnish, like an orange slice or meraschino cherry.  Simply mix your ingredients together, but if you want to get that deep red sunrise affect, you’ll want to add grenadine last and pour it in slowly.  This beverage may be simple, but every part is effective– the strong punch of tequila, the tartness of orange juice, and the sweetness of grenadine.

3) Strawberry Jalapeño Mint Julep
