The Fourth of July is coming up in a few months, so now is the time to start looking for and practicing red, white, and blue makeup looks! Most of these looks require red, white, and blue eyeshadow, so you’ll want to make sure that you have an eyeshadow palette with a large range of colors handy. Read on for some cute, unique Fourth of July makeup!
For this first Fourth of July makeup look, all you need is some blue liquid liner and a red lipstick that matches your complexion. Be sure to look up a YouTube tutorial on how to apply red lipstick properly or else you may end up looking like a clown!
This makeup look is also super simple and easy to achieve. Take a red, glittery eyeshadow and apply it to your entire eyelid and underneath your eye. Then, using a blue glittery eyeshadow and an eyeliner brush, line your upper lashline and your waterline to create the look below. To take this look to another level, add some white eyeshadow to your crease to brighten up your eyes. As seen below, this look compliments brown eyes really well!
This is another example of an easy and beautiful Fourth of July makeup look. Using a blue eyeshadow, create a cut crease and apply the shadow to the outer corner of your eyes. If you’re not sure how to make a cut crease, YouTube has so many tutorials! Also, using scotch tape can help get really precise lines.
How adorable is this Fourth of July makeup?! This is one of the more time-consuming looks on the list and requires many products and techniques, so I’d recommend practicing! Using a blue liquid eyeliner, draw star-shaped “freckles” all over your cheeks, forehead, and the bridge of your nose, Use white liquid eyeliner to add dimension to the stars, and add a red lip to complete the look!
This look is super simple and easy to achieve, even for people who are just starting to experiment with makeup! Use a deep red eyeshadow for the base and apply it to your lid in the shape seen below. Then, on top of the eyeshadow, layer on red glitter! Sephora is a great place to find the red glitter, and depending on what you buy, you might also need special adhesive to get the glitter to stick to your eyes.
This Fourth of July makeup is inspired by the best part of the Fourth of July; the fireworks! Use a blue eyeshadow all over your lid and a red eyeshadow underneath your waterline. Add some highlight to the corner of your eyes and underneath your brows to make your eyes pop! Using red, white, and blue liquid eyeliner, draw fireworks on the corner of your eyes as seen on the model below. Finish off the look with some white or silver sparkly star stickers on your forehead!
This is one of the simplest and easiest Fourth of July makeup looks on this list. All you need is silver eyeshadow, navy blue liquid eyeliner, and red lipstick, Apply the silver eyeshadow all over your eyelid and create a wing with the navy eyeliner as seen below. Add your red lip and you’re good to go!
This Fourth of July makeup looks gorgeous on darker skin tones! Use a dark, opaque, blue glittery eyeshadow to create a thick with on each eyelid. Add some gold eyeshadow to the inner corners of your eyes to make the blue pop, and finish the look off with some clear lipgloss!
