Alright, so you clearly don’t think this one is healthy but sugar is hidden in a lot of foods you think are. Sugar is the worst ingredient you can put in your body. When purchasing food from the grocery store, rather than looking at the number of calories on a label, check for sugar. You can question me all you want on this but this is your biggest weight loss killer. Don’t believe me?
