Fall Drinks That’ll Prepare You For The Best Of The Season’s Festivities

If you love the fall season just as much as I do then you may as well get excited about these amazing fall drinks! They’ll be great at any autumn festivities like Halloween or Thanksgiving. Prepare yourself for the best season of them all with the flavors that will bring you excitement for the festivities ahead. 

1. Autumn Harvest Punch 

With a total cook time of ten minutes, you’ll be ready to down this fall-inspired drink as soon as it’s ready.

  • 64 0z bottle of Apple Juice 
  • 1 Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate 
  • 1/2 Bottle of Cranberry Juice 
  • 1 Cup Pear Nectar 
  • Sliced pears and apples for decoration 
  • optional: Ginger ale for fizz 

Instructions: 

  • Dump all of the juices into a large pitcher or punch bowl. 
  • stir to combine the contents. 
  • Add the pear and apple slices as well as the ginger ale for fizz and Enjoy! 

2. Plum and Thyme Prosecco Smash 

With leaves changing it is also time to change over our drink choices! Try out this great alcoholic plum flavored autumn drink.

  • 2 plums
  • 6 Thyme sprigs 
  • Juice from one lemon 
  • 4 tsp. Thyme simple syrup (1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water, bring to a boil, remove from heat, add thyme sprigs and stir. chill until ready to lose.)
  • 1 bottle of Prosecco 

Instructions: 

  • Peel and chop two plums
  • Muddle the plums with the thyme simple syrup and lemon juice until all of the plum juices have been released. 
  • shake with ice in a cocktail shaker. 
  • pour over crushed ice evenly between two glasses. 
  • top off with prosecco and garnish with extra plum slices and thyme sprigs. 
  • You can serve right away! Enjoy! 

3. Poisoned Apple Cider Cocktail 

This drink is fun, pretty and will definitely get you prepared for October 31st! Read on for ingredients and instructions!

  • 4 oz apple cider 
  • 1 1/2 oz spiced rum 
  • 1 1/2 oz pomegranate juice 
  • 3/4 oz grenadine 
  • Scant 1/4 tsp edible luster dust 

Instructions: 

  • Add ice to a cocktail shaker, add in the ingredients, cover and shake. Strain it into a glass and serve! 
  • Easy, fun and great for any fall festivities. 

4. Pumpkin Spice White Russian 

Another good alcoholic drink to prepare you for the best of any fall festivities. It’ll be a drink you will never forget.

  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1/2 cup coffee liqueur
  • 1-1/2 cups whole milk 
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice for topping.

  • Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously to combine. Strain into glasses filled with ice. 
  • top off with some extra pumpkin pie spice, if desired. Now enjoy this delicious alcoholic drink!  

5. Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate 

A non-alcoholic drink that will spice up your insides with this hot chocolate take on a great fall flavor!

Ingredients: 

  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk 
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree 
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 
  • pinch of ground cloves 
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 
  • pinch sea salt 
  • 2 oz white chocolate (roughly chopped)

Instructions: 

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine whole milk, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. 
  • Remove from heat and add chocolate (but reserve some chocolate for a garnish). 
  • Just before serving, top off each mug with a generous mound of whipped cream and a few shavings of white chocolate along with a sprinkling of pumpkin pie spice. 
  • You can now serve hot and enjoy this delicious take on hot chocolate. 

6. Apple Cider Floats 

Apple cider floats will get your autumn senses tingling in no time! Try out this delicious drink that is simple to make yet absolutely delicious.

Ingredients: 

  • Apple cider 
  • Ice cream (can be dairy-free) 
  • caramel ice cream topping (can also use dairy-free caramel topping)

Instructions: 

  • In a glass add two scoops of ice cream. Add a topping of caramel ice cream topping and a pinch of cinnamon to the top. 
  • pour in the apple cider until the ice cream is covered. Then add another scoop of ice cream to the top, drizzle more of the caramel and another pinch of cinnamon. 
  • serve cold with a spoon or straw! enjoy this great take on an ice cream float!
