Essential oils are a great tool when it comes to managing stress and feeling more zen. When choosing an essential oil blend, it is important to figure out what you need the oils to do exactly. Using the list below, pinpoint what is preventing you from being calm and zen. Are you nervous about a test, feeling down because of the cloudy weather or upset about something that happened during the day? There are oils that can definitely help with that! Once you’ve decided what you need to help with, grab your oils, a defuser or roller bottle and get ready to blend and feel zen!

You have options when it comes to using oils to help you feel zen. First, you can start by simply diffusing the oils or blends. Second, you can mix the oils with a carrier oil such as coconut oil and apply it to pressure points. Finally, you can apply the oils to the palm of your hands and cup around your nose forming a tent and taking a deep breath. Whichever way you choose to use the oils, remember to breathe deeply to help with calming you down.
Finally, remember that all the oils listed above can be used by themselves and that you are able to make your own combinations.
