With the year coming to a close and the last of the holidays upon us, one of the most comforting seasonal drinks is eggnog. It’s a drink that’s grown with us—from the childhood days of watching your parents cut the eggnog with milk to spiking the eggnog with alcohol at Christmas parties. Below is a list of eggnog recipes you need to try this year.
Ingredients:
-2 Cups of Store-bought Eggnog
-1/2 Cup of Milk
-1 teaspoon of Nutmeg
-1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together two cups of store-bought eggnog and 1/2 cup of milk, slowly adding the vanilla extract. One teaspoon is recommended but feel free to adjust for preference. Move eggnog mixture to glasses and chill for at least an hour. When ready to serve, sprinkle nutmeg over top. This is one of the great eggnog recipes that can be served at every holiday party.
Ingredients:
-2 Cups of Store-bought Eggnog
-1 Teaspoon of Peppermint Syrup
-1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract
-2 Peppermint Candy Canes, crushed
In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together two cups of store-bought eggnog, slowly adding the vanilla extract and then the peppermint syrup. One teaspoon of each is recommended but feel free to adjust for preference. Move eggnog mixture to glasses and chill for at least an hour. While chilling, place candy canes in a bag and crush until a fine peppermint candy powder has formed. Dampen the outside of the serving mugs and roll in the peppermint powder until coated on all sides. When ready to serve, sprinkle excess peppermint powders on over top.

Wisk in nutmeg and ground cloves until smooth, then slowly add the molasses. Move eggnog mixture to glasses and chill for at least an hour. When ready to serve, sprinkle excess peppermint powders on over top.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together two cups of store-bought eggnog, slowly adding the vanilla extract. Whisk together the rum and honey in a small bowl until smooth, and add to the simmering eggnog. Move eggnog mixture to glasses and chill for at least an hour. This can be served cold or warmed.

-13.5 ounces of Sweetened Condensed Milk
-1 tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
-1/2 Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon
In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together one cup of store-bought eggnog and the entire can of sweetened condensed milk, slowly adding the vanilla extract, and stirring constantly until smooth. Add the ground cinnamon—half a teaspoon is recommended but feel free to adjust for preference. Chill eggnog mixture for at least an hour. When ready to serve, sprinkle coconut shavings over top.

-1 pack of Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
-1/4 teaspoon of Nutmeg
-1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
This recipe is easily done in a blender. In a blender, combine together two cups of store-bought eggnog, the instant vanilla pudding pack, vanilla extract, and nutmeg. Move eggnog mixture to glasses and chill for at least an hour. Mix in three cups of milk. When ready to serve, sprinkle nutmeg over top.

-2 teaspoon of Honey

Whisk together the Amaretto and honey in a small bowl until smooth, and add to the simmering eggnog. Move eggnog mixture to glasses and chill for at least an hour. This can be served cold or warmed.
