With these super easy Harry Potter recipes that you can create at home, it’ll feel as if you’re on the Hogwarts express grabbing a snack on the trolley before you start your year at Hogwarts.
Ingredients:
6 tablespoon caramel sauce
4 bottles IBC Cream Soda
Whipped Cream
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons sugar
Directions:
1. Put 3 tablespoons caramel topping into chilled mugs. Pour a small amount of cream soda then mix the caramel with the soda till well combined and watery. Pour the rest of the crema soda into the mug.
2. Mix together the whipped cream, caramel sauce, vanilla extract, and sugar till well combined. Top onto the drinks and serve.
Ingredients:
1 store-bought ready-made pastry
Filling:
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of allspice
pinch of cardamom
pinch of nutmeg
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Egg wash:
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons milk
Directions:
1. Mix the puree with all the seasonings and set aside.
2. preheat oven to 400 degrees
3. Sprinkle a surface with flour and roll out ready-made pastry dough.
4. Cut out the dough into medium-sized circles.
5. Spoon in the pumpkin mix onto the pastry then fold the pastry in half.
6. With a fork press down the edges of the pastry.
7. With a knife slit the center of the pasty to vent out the puree
8. Place pastries on a lined baking tray.
9. Mix egg and milk in a bowl.
10. Brush egg mixture onto pasty.

or 15 minutes, let cool then serve.
Ingredients:
2 cups of sugar
1 3/4 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
Vanilla frosting
Chocolate frosting
Green icing
Food coloring
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
3. In a separate bowl mix together wet ingredients.
4. Gradually add dry ingredient mix to wet ingredient mix.
5. Grease two round pans then pour in the cake mix.
6. Bake for 30 minutes and let cool.
7. Once cooled slice both cakes in half so you have 4 halves.
8. Start stacking the cakes by adding chocolate frosting between each layer.
9. Mix red food dye into the white frosting till light pink.
10. Frost the whole cake with pink frosting.
11. Refrigerate so frosting hardens a little.
12. Once hardened use green icing to write “Happee Birthdae Harry”
Ingredients:
4 liters apple cider
15 ounces pumpkin puree
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large pitcher.
2. Pour over ice and serve chilled.
Ingredients:
1 chocolate boxed cake mix
1 vanilla frosting
Gold glitter sprinkles
White chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Follow boxed cake directions and bake cake.
2. Once the cake is baked and cooled, break in half and rub together into a large bowl till crumbs are formed.
3. Mix in frosting to create a dough.
4. Take pieces of the dough and roll them into a ball, placing them on a lined baking sheet.
5. Chill in the fridge till the dough is hardened.
6. Melt white chocolate in a bowl.
7. Individually dip each dough ball into melted chocolate then immediately roll into the gold glitter sprinkles.
8. With extra melted chocolate pour onto a lined baking sheet and let cool.
9. Once cooled break into long pieces and brush with gold glitter sprinkles.
10. Insert the chocolate pieces into the gold cake pops.
Ingredients:
1 package of Oreos
1 package Cream Cheese
1 bag of melting chocolate
6 packs of Pop Rocks
Directions:
1. Smash Oreos in a Ziploc bag.
2. Once Oreos are smash put in a bowl and mix in softened cream cheese.
3. Line a baking sheet with wax paper and roll the mixture into small separate balls. Chill in the fridge.
4. After chilled melt the melting chocolate and dip each rolled dough ball into the melted chocolate completely.
5. Sprinkle on pop rocks to the rolled balls before the chocolate is totally melted.
Ingredients:
2 cups of sugar
1/4 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup chopped chocolate
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup half and half
2 tbsp unsalted butter
Candy thermometer
Directions:
1. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
2. On medium heat put on the corn syrup, cocoa powder, salt, butter, and chocolate. Heat until 235 degrees.
3. Once heated let cool down to 110 degrees.
4. Stir till cooled down and thickened.
5. Once thickened pour into the prepared pan.
6. Refrigerate for 2 or more hours.
7. Once hardened cut into squares and serve.

Directions:
1. Boil the water and sugar till sugar is dissolved.
2. Let cool.
3. Once cooled poured into apple juice.
4. Pour in edible gold sprinkles and stir. Serve chilled.

8 tablespoons gelatine
75ml milk
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
pinch of salt
200mL dark cocoa powder
145ml white sugar
355ml milk
Directions:
1. In bowl gelatine and milk in a bowl and set aside.
2. In a saucepan mix together milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
3. Over medium heat boil mixture until edges are bubbling.
4. Once bubbling, turn off the heat. Pour in vanilla extract then slowly pour in gelatin mixture and mix till dissolved.
5. Let cool down then pour into frog molds.
6. Put in the fridge for about 25 minutes till firm then pop out of molds and serve.

1/2 tsp salt
7 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 large whole egg
1 cup raisins
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2. In a stand mixer mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix in butter to the mixture on medium speed.
3. Mix in the raisins. Add vanilla extract and egg till well combined.
4. Roughly shape dough into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Top with sugar then bake for about 15 minutes till golden.
