Mix all of these ingredients together except the chocolate chips in a microwave safe mug until no chunks remain. Slowly add one tablespoon of chocolate chips at a time into your batter. Add the final tablespoon of chocolate chips into the center of the batter. Microwave your batter for one minute or until cooked all the way through.

For the frosting, you’ll need 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar, and around ¾ teaspoon of plant-based milk or water. First, grease your mug with a dash of the oil of your choice. Then make the frosting by mixing the powdered sugar with your plant-based milk or water until smooth. In a separate bowl, mix your flour, baking powder and salt until combined. Gradually add your water until it starts to thicken to a dough-like consistency. Roll your dough into a long strip that’s about 4 inches tall. Sprinkle your cinnamon and sugar onto the dough, roll it up and place the dough into your mug. Pour your ½ teaspoon of water overtop and microwave one minute or until cooked all the way through. For this cake, you’ll need 1/4 cup of flour, 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, a pinch of salt, 1/4 cup of nonfat milk, 2 tablespoons of oil, a splash of pure vanilla extract, 3 tablespoons of mini marshmallows, 3 tablespoons of chocolate chips, and 1 crushed graham cracker. First, mix your flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt into your microwavable mug until combined. Afterwards, blend your milk, oill, and vanilla into the mixture until combined.
