10 Easy Hairstyles Anyone Can Do And Still Look Trendy Wearing

Mornings can be a rough time, you have a lot to get ready for and very little time to do it. If you’re not a morning person, or able to wake up at 6am like some freaks do, then you are probably in search of easy hacks to help you get through your morning routine quicker. One thing that always holds up my mornings is trying to style my hair in a trendy and cute way. Either the curling iron won’t heat up or my comb gets stuck in my mop of a hair something always slows me down. However, after trying out these top ten easy hairstyles I have learned there are some great ways to get out the door quicker with hair that still looks trendy as fuck.

1. Top Knot

The top knot is at the top of this list because every girl needs to know how to master this style. It can be so easy to pull off and so easy to ruin. If you have spare time at night try pulling your hair into a top knot a few different times. Basically, I’m suggesting you practice this hairstyle so much you could compete in the Olympics if it was a sport. I’m not saying you have to medal in the Olympics, but top then for sure.  My secret to the perfect top knot is to not look in a mirror, hang your head low and throw it all up at once. This might not work for you, so again make sure to practice a few times before taking this look on the road. Once you get good enough at it though, you can spice it up with funky hairbands or ribbons.

2. Curls

People make a big deal about curling their hair, but it really doesn’t take that much effort. Sit down and calm down because I’m about to give you a hack that’ll make curling your hair as easy as snapping your fingers. Get your notebook out because I am going to give you three steps to curly hair.

1. Go to the dollar store

2. Buy rollers

3. Roll your hair up the night before and sleep in the rollers

That is all you have to do and the next morning you’re going to have gorgeous curly hair that everyone will be jealous of. This may make your sleep a little more uncomfortable, but I think it’s worth it.

3. Braids

Easy hairstyles don’t get easier than this one. There are so many different options when it comes to braiding your hair. You can twist your messy hair into a mermaid braid, french braid or even a Russian twist braid. I’m not sure if that last one is a braid or if it’s an exercise, but I’m sure you’ll figure it out.

4. High Pony Tail

Ariana Grande started the trend and you’re going to see it through this year. Pull all your hair into a high ponytail and you can achieve this easy hairstyle in no time. Make your entire look more glamorous by adding some long earrings to hang alongside the high ponytail.

5. Messy Look

Embrace your messy life with easy hairstyles like the messy look. Brush out your tangles, make sure your hair is reasonably clean and go out into the world looking like the hot mess you are. Flip over half of your hair to give it a real rocker vibe.

6. Headband

If you have perfectly pin-straight hair, like me, then this trick is for you. Having thin and straight hair means everyone can tell when you haven’t showered, yuck! A headband can totally hide your greasy hair and make you look trendy even though you’re really just covering up your lack of basic hygiene.

7. Back Comb

Do you have a comb? Yes? Then you can pull off this look. Most hairstyles are so complicated and time-consuming because they require so much equipment and styling products. Screw your curling iron and that little glove that comes with it, you don’t need all that supplies to look good. Backcomb the back your hair and you’ll achieve a trendy rocker vibe that takes no time at all to achieve.

8. Mermaid Waves

Easy hairstyles don’t get trendier then pulling off mermaid waves. This hairstyle may look like it takes a ton of time and energy, but just between you and I, it really doesn’t and it might actually be the easiest hairstyle to pull off in this list. You can achieve this easy hairstyle two ways. One, braid your hair the night before and wake up to beautiful curls. Secondly, you can braid your hair in the morning and then curl the braid. That’s it! These looks are so easy to achieve you can pull it off in your sleep!

9. Ribbon

Simple but cute, a ribbon wrapped through your hair is an easy hairstyle to pull off and still look trendy. Ribbons are a great way to accessorize an otherwise boring ponytail and make your entire style look more put together on mornings that maybe you’re not so put together for. Make sure you tie the ribbon tight though, you don’t want to look messy.

10. Hat

If you’re really in a time crunch and don’t have time to do any of these easy hairstyles then I have one last trick for you. Throw a damn hat on your messy head and get out the door. Pulling off a hat takes confidence, but if you can pull it off nothing should stop you for the rest of your day. Try to buy a few hats to have to lie around your apartment in case of emergencies such as this, you never know when you’re going to need a good hat.

Easy hairstyles may not seem like a trendy idea, and you could end up looking lazy if you’re in too much of a rush. However, these easy hairstyles can make anyone look trendy and feel great first thing in the morning.
