Easy Fruit Desserts That Are Red, White And Blue

With the 4th of July slowly creeping up on us, delicious desserts are all that we can think about. Something to keep up cool in the hot summer sun. We want these delicious desserts to be easy to make, but we also we want them to be a little bit healthy so that we can keep that bikini body right where it is (we worked hard for it), so as much fruit as we can add, the better! I like to throw fun parties, and the snacks need to be just as fun while being yummy. I am no chef, so the easier the recipe, the better (for me at least). Here are some easy fruit desserts that are red, white, and blue. Perfect for the awesome 4th of July party you’re throwing in the hot summer sun!

1. Watermelon, Feta, Blueberry Salad

This recipe is so delicious that you wouldn’t believe how easy it is to make! First, you need to cut up some watermelon. Be sure to cut them into smaller pieces so that they are easy to eat with other ingredients as well. Next, wash some blueberries (you don’t want any dirt or anything else mixed in with this awesome dessert). Then, crumble up some feta cheese. Grab a big piece of feta cheese and use your hands to crumble it into small chunks that will give flavor all over. Next, to add a bit of tang to it, chop up some mint leaves and add those as well. You will then mix all of these ingredients together in a big bowl. Finally, squeeze some lime juice all over. Mix it some more, add more lime juice, and keep it going until you find the perfect flavor. Once you’re all done with the lime, you are all done! I recommend that you serve this immediately so as to keep it fresh. This recipe is so fast, you won’t keep anyone waiting while you whip it up in the kitchen.

2. Berry, Cheesecake Parfait

This dessert is so easy it only takes fifteen minutes to prepare for two servings! All you need is cream cheese, marshmallow creme, frozen whipped topping, graham cracker crumbs, fresh raspberries, and fresh blueberries. After you have the ingredients, there are only two steps to the recipe! First, beat the cream cheese and the marshmallow creme together until its blended. Once blended, fold in the whipped topping. Then, you start to layer the ingredients! Cracker crumbs first, then the cream cheese mixture, then raspberries, and finally blueberries. Once that is done, you continue to repeat until you no longer have space. After refrigerating, it’s all ready to be served.

3. Berries and Chocolate Sauce for Ice Cream

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! Everyone loves ice cream, but not everyone might like every flavor. Thankfully, vanilla ice cream is a classic flavor that everyone enjoys, and there are so many possibilities as to what someone can do with it! Though sometimes you might see ice cream as a snack for kids, this berries and chocolate sauce for Ice cream is not something that you will want to serve the little ones. For this sweet treat, you will need fresh strawberries, fresh blueberries, vodka, sugar, dark chocolate candy bars, chopped, butter, heavy whipping cream, Vanilla ice cream, and Slivered almonds. This dessert will take a little more time than the others, but it is worth the wait. First, mix the berries, vodka, and sugar and let it rest overnight. Then, place the chocolate and the butter in a small bowl while bringing the cream just to a boil in a saucepan. Pour over the chocolate and butter and stir until it’s smooth. Finally, put the ice cream in a bowl, put the berries on top, and drizzle the chocolate. A delicious dessert that everyone will love!
