15 Easy Dinner Recipes Anyone Can Make

These easy dinner recipes are healthy, fully made in under 45 minutes and are packed with flavor. Whether you have somewhere to be or you just don’t feel like spending a ton of time cooking, these 15 easy dinner recipes are perfect for your needs.

1. 4-Ingredient Baked Ziti

This 4-ingredient baked ziti is easy to make and you most likely have the ingredients sitting in your fridge or pantry. All you need is pasta, ground beef, spaghetti sauce, and cheese. There are other variations with eggs and ricotta but it’s easily left out if you’re in a big hurry.

2. Asparagus Stuffed Chicken Breasts

These asparagus stuffed chicken breasts are both delicious and quick to make. The hardest part is flattening the chicken for stuffing, but the dish itself is easily stuck in the oven while you do what you need to do around the house.

3. Ham, Gouda, and Apple Quesadilla

If you don’t have a panini press, you should definitely invest in one. They are perfect for quick and easy dinner recipes. This quesadilla is a strange combination but is refreshing when you’re used to the traditional one.

4. Peas and Ricotta Pasta

Pastas are great easy dinner recipes because they are usually one pot. The flavors for this particular pasta are more unique than usually because of the addition of peas.

5. Crockpot BBQ Chicken Sandwich

Crockpots are the ultimate easy dinner recipes tool. Throw chicken breasts into the crockpot with BBQ sauce and spices and leave it on low all day. When you come home, all you need to do is toast your bun and make your sandwich.

6. Flatbread Pizza

Pizza is delicious and really easy to order but it’s so greasy. If you buy flatbreads from the store you can add your own cheese and toppings for a healthier version. I like to add spinach and tomatoes.

7. Chicken Tacos

Tacos are always easy to make and these chicken tacos are no different. The only cooking you need to do for these is the chicken and it’s easy to do with a pack of taco seasoning from the store.

8. Sheet Pan Sausage and Veggies

This recipe is a one-pan recipe and includes lots of awesome veggies. You can use any veggies you’d like and combine them with olive oil, salt, and pepper. This dish can be served with rice or quinoa.

9. Skillet Mac and Cheese

Instead of Kraft from the box, try out the easy skillet mac and cheese. There is a little more effort in this one because it requires two pans, but as long as you’re okay with multitasking this recipe only takes about 25 minutes.

10. Crockpot Chili

Another crockpot recipe! This chili is perfect for a cold winter day when you want to come home and relax instead of cooking. Leave it on simmer while you’re away and you can drop it right into your bowl upon your arrival home.

11. Orange Chicken Skillet

Chinese food is one of the best comfort foods, at least in my opinion, so I was floored when I found this easy orange chicken recipe. You’ll have to make sure you get the right ingredients but this dish is overall very quick to make.

12. Sloppy Joes

Sloppy joes aren’t for everyone but despite the name, they are actually pretty good. My favorite way to make these is with lean ground meat and a can of sloppy joe sauce. It cuts down on the steps to make this dish.

13. Broccoli Cheddar Soup

The easiest way to make broccoli cheddar soup is to simply buy a can of it and heat it up. If you’re wanting to make a homemade version, it may take a little longer but this is another recipe you can drop in a crockpot.

14. Cheesy Ranch Chicken

This dish is as easy as using ranch and bread crumbs. Dip the chicken into the ranch and then coat it in bread crumbs. After 30 minutes in the oven, it will be ready and you made very little mess.

15. Cilantro Lime Chicken

This chicken is super flavorful but very easy to make. All you need is some simple spices, cilantro, and limes. You can eat this over a bed of rice or cut it up and use in fajitas later in the week.
