Getting up in the morning is never easy, especially when the day doesn’t look so bright, which is why a lot of the times, we tend to skip breakfast and spend our time sleeping in a little longer. To help we’ve decided to gather our top breakfast meal prep recipe’s which are not only easy to make but incredibly delicious as well. This way you can have it both ways!
Are we really going to sit here and talk about breakfast meal prep without acknowledging the signature omelette? I think not. Begin by whisking some eggs and pouring them into the pan, then, after it is half cooked add some cheese and a handful of green onions. You can switch things up and add some mushrooms, red onions or even green peppers. Fold, place onto your plate and enjoy.
This one is my classic go-to breakfast recipe. All you need is some beans and tuna and if you want a little twist, some turmeric. Begin by putting two cans of beans into a bowl, then add some tuna and mix together well. Add a tablespoon of turmeric and some vegetable seasoning. When cooked, enjoy your meal with toasted bread and a cup of tea. You’re welcome.
People often forget that pancakes are really easy to make, and you probably have the ingredients sitting in your kitchen. All you need is some flour, baking powder, milk, sugar and eggs.
If you’re on a healthy diet, having a smoothie for breakfast is the perfect way to start the day. Just put some frozen fruits in your freezer ready for the next morning and, for breakfast, blend it together with some yoghurt and any type of juice.
This one is great for fat burning, all you need to do is add some fruit into a bowl and mash them together. Then, add some vanilla extract, Greek yoghurt and half a cup of rolled oats. After one final mix, fill it in small containers and put in the fridge overnight for the next morning.
