7 Easy And Natural Facial Masks To Get Your Face Glowing

We all want to wake up with glowing skin just like in the movies! That type of skin where you feel you need no highlighter because your skin feels so fresh and hydrated it glows by itself. Well with these simple facial masks you’ll be able to make your dream true! These are also perfect to try out on spa night with your friends or simply to give yourself some love after a long week because let’s be honest, you deserve it! Just remember that these facial masks are not recommended if you are allergic to any of these ingredients.

1. Yogurt and honey facial mask

For this facial mask, you’ll need to combine a tablespoon of honey and a tablespoon on fresh yogurt until you have a paste. Then you should apply the facial mask to freshly washed skin and keep it for about 20 minutes. Rinse after the time has passed and repeat two to three times a week.

This facial mask will help to hydrate your skin and remove the excess of dead cells trapped in the pores.

2. Green tea facial mask

First you need to have a one to two tablespoons of green tea that has already been brewed and combine them with a tablespoon of sandalwood powder to make this facial mask. Apply this mixture massaging your face and remove after 15 or 20 minutes.

Green tea and sandalwood powder protect the skin from damage that causes free radicals, exfoliate and even skin tone which makes this a really complete facial mask.

3. Orange peel facial mask

You’ll need three tablespoons of rose water, one tablespoon of kaolin clay and one tablespoon of orange peel powder to start with this facial mask. Mix all the ingredients and apply them gently to your skin, let the facial mask sit for twenty to thirty minutes until it dries, wash with regular water and pat dry.

Orange has a lot of vitamin C which helps the skin slow down the aging process, it also helps with blood circulation which makes your skin glower.

4. Olive oil facial mask

For this facial mask, you should combine two tablespoons of olive oil, one tablespoon of aloe Vera gel and four drops of lavender essential oil.

Then you should mix all the ingredients until you form a paste. This can be stored and used as daily moisturizing or as a facial mask you don’t have to rinse because it will help you to have healthier skin and with elasticity and smoothness on the face.

5. Lemon and tomato facial mask

Combine one tablespoon of lemon juice, one of tomato juice and a tablespoon of honey to make this facial mask. Apply on the face and leave on for around 20 minutes and rinse the facial mask off.

You can use this twice a week and it will help with minimizing pores and dry the excess of oil on the skin.

6. Almond oil facial mask

For this facial mask, you should combine two tablespoons of almond oil, plus one tablespoon of Aloe Vera gel and 5 drops of lavender essential oil. Mix all the ingredients until you form a paste that can be stored and used as a daily moisturizer or as a facial mask.

This product will help you with the firmness, elasticity and strength of the skin.

7. Cucumber facial mask

To get this facial mask you should use ½ a cucumber blended into a paste and a tablespoon of Aloe Vera which should be mixed to form a smooth paste. Apply this paste on your pre-washed skin and leave it on for about 20 minutes. Rinse off with normal water and apply this facial mask two to three times a week.

Cucumber helps to keep your skin youthful, hydrated and prevent the skin from getting dehydrated.
