Ingredients:
- 2 Cooked Beetroots
- ½ Small Red Onion
- ½ Tsp. Salk
- ½ Tsp. Black Pepper
- 3 Sprigs of Fresh Parsley
- ½ Cup of Feta Cheese
Method:
- Cube Beetroot and place in a bowl
- Dice the Red Onion and chop the Fresh Parsley and add to the bowl

- 1 Beef Sirloin Strip

Method:
- Sliced the Beef Sirloin Strip into thin pieces
- In a bowl mix the Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Salt, Pepper and Fresh Ginger
- Add the Beef slices to the mixture, making sure the meat is fully coated.
- Flash fry the beef strips in a hot pan until cooked. Set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, slice the Carrots and Cucumber into long ribbons and combine with Spinach. Toss the Carrots and Cucumber in the Canola Oil.
- Lay the Beef Strips on top of the Salad, and pour remaining juices on top.
- Chop the chilli and Green Onions and sprinkle on top of salad
