If you are looking for a really good burger with toppings you never managed would be on a burger this is the place to go to! They also sell crazy milkshakes that will have you drooling! They are most famous for the 4/20 burger which has mozzarella sticks, mac n cheese, onion rings, and bacon on top of the burger drizzled with delicious honey BBQ sauce. You will truly be stuffed after eating this burger but then you’ll be able to take the best nap of your life!

2. Yamato II

If you are a fan of sushi and you don’t want to travel too far away from campus you are in luck because Yamato II is on Boylston! It is an all you can eat sushi restaurant and the food is absolutely delicious. The food comes very quickly so you are never waiting too long.

3. Met Back Bay

If you are tired of the breakfast at the dining hall and you are craving avocado toast this is the place for you. Not only is the food scrumptious but also the restaurant itself is beautiful and makes you feel very calm. My favorite dish there is their avocado toast which consists of salmon, prosciutto, over easy eggs and burrata.

4. Paparazzi

Paparazzi is known for their amazing pasta dishes which are to die for. Their Gnocchi dish is my personal favorite dish that they offer. I suggest going to this restaurant in the spring so you can dine outside, it will make your meal even more enjoyable.

5. Jade Garden

You are at Emerson College so if you don’t go to Chinatown and get Chinese food then you are missing out! Jade Garden is super close to campus and it is actually pretty cheap if you split the check with at least three friends. You’ll also have a lot of leftovers so you don’t have to go to the dining hall two days in a row.

6. BlackBird Doughnuts

Are you ever in the mood for something sweet but also something savory? This amazing spot is known for just that! They are most famous for their Everything Bagel Doughnut. Which includes a brioche doughnut filled with whipped cream cheese and topped with toasted garlic, poppy seeds and more!

Mike and Patty’s was one of the first breakfast places where I went to when I arrived in Boston. I suggest going in warmer weather because this place isn’t a place where you sit down and eat. My friends and I sat on the sidewalk enjoying the view and the great breakfast sandwiches we bought.

12. The Friendly Toast

I took my roommate to this restaurant for her birthday and we had amazing breakfast! If you want to go here I suggest making a reservation because it is always extremely busy. The wait is worth it though.

If you want to find somewhere to eat that is close to campus, this is a great place for you! Getting sick of the same old breakfast in the dining hall you are in luck because Off the Common has a breakfast buffet! Also, it’s all under $30!

Back Deck is only 4 minutes away from campus and it is known for their cookout classics! If you are gluten free they also have a whole separate menu and it is very cheap which is a surprise!

Finding a cheap delicious sushi restaurant is hard especially in Boston. I was thrilled to find Genki Ya! The sushi is really good and pretty cheap.

If you are looking to try something that you’ve never tried before this is the place for you. It’s a bit expensive if you are someone who spends a lot of money on food. Their portions are big so I suggest paying as little as possible.
