You can eat all of the foods I just mentioned without breaking the rules of you Keto diet. Insane right?! You probably think I am crazy for saying this, but trust me, you won’t even know these recipes are low-carb. Here are 8 extremely delicious Keto breakfast recipes that will definitely have you forgetting about carbs.

1. Bread

Yes you can eat bread on the Keto diet! It may be the fear food that you have been avoiding because of all of the carbs, but you won’t have to worry about that with this recipe. First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, mix 5 tbsp of ground psyllium husk powder, 1 and 1/4 cups of almond flour, 2 tsp of baking powder, and 1 tsp of sea salt into a large mixing bowl. Then bring a cup of water to a boil. After this step, mix in 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar, 3 egg whites, and your boiled water to the bowl of mixed dry ingredients. Shape your dough into balls and bake them for about 50-60 minutes and enjoy with butter!

2. Pancakes with Berries and Whipped Cream

I told you I would come through with the pancake recipe! Here’s all you’ll need to do. Add 4 eggs, 7 ounces of cottage cheese, and 1 tbsp of psyllium husk powder into a medium bowl and mix together. Leave this mixture out to sit for 5-10 minutes so that it can thicken up. Fry this batter on a frying pan in any size, shape, or form, whip some heavy whipping cream, and serve with some fresh berries!

If you’re on the Keto diet and you’re a meat lover, this dish is going to have your mouth watering for days! First, preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, fry 1 chopped yellow onion until it’s soft. Mix 25 ounces of ground beef or pork into a bowl with your fried onions, 2 tbsp of butter, 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream, 1/2 cup of shredded cheese, 1 egg, 1 tbsp of dried oregano, 1 tsp of salt, and 1/2 tsp of ground black pepper. Form your meat into a loaf, and wrap in bacon. Bake the meatloaf for about 45 minutes and enjoy your savory, juicy, meatloaf!

4. Spinach Frittata

Oh you fancy huh?! Eat like a proper individual for breakfast with this scrumptious Keto Spinach Frittata! Grease a 9×9 baking dish with butter, and preheat you oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Fry 5 ounces of bacon or chorizo in butter until it’s crispy, and start adding 8 ounces of fresh spinach until it is completely wilted. Whisk together 8 eggs and 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and add that in the baking dish as well ask the bacon and spinach, and then add some shredded cheese, and bake for 25-30 minutes!

It must be hard for anyone to give up potatoes because of how freaking bomb they are. Lucky for you, I’m bringing sexy back with these cauliflower hash browns that will blow your mind! Grate a whole cauliflower with a cheese grater, and add it to a large bowl. After that, add 3 eggs, 1/2 yellow grated onion, 1 tsp of salt, and 2 pinches of pepper. 6. Baked Salmon with Pesto

Save your money and time by making your favorite fancy restaurant favorites at home! This salmon recipe is surprisingly so delicious! You’re just going to need to bake some salmon in the oven with green pesto on top! For the sauce, mix 1/2 cup of greek yogurt, 1 cup of mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Quick, easy, and delicious!

Zucchini noodles are super trendy right now and I can totally see and taste why! Chop 1 yellow onion, 1 garlic clove, 3 ounces of celery stalks, and fry in butter with 25 ounces of ground beef. Spiralize 2 lbs. of zucchini. Add 2 tbsp of tomato paste. 3 ounces of butter, 14 ounces of crushed tomatoes, 1 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of pepper, 1 tbsp of dried oregano, and 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce into your sautéed vegetables and ground beef. Mix in your zoodles, transfer to a plate, and add some grated cheese on top!

8. Lamb Chops with Herb Butter

Even the name makes my stomach growl. Herb butter?! I mean come on. To make this amazing dish, lay out 8 lamb chops until they are room temperature, and then season them with salt and pepper, After that, fry them in butter or olive oil. For the herb butter, mix 5 ounces of butter at room temperature, 1 pressed garlic clove, 1/2 tbsp of garlic powder, 4 tbsp of fresh chopped parsley, 1 tsp of lemon juice, and 1/2 tsp of salt!
