10 Crockpot Meals So Delicious You Won’t Be Able To Stop Eating Them

Be your own chef and create 10 finger licking crockpot meals. You will not want to share.

1. Spaghetti and Meatballs

This classic meal only takes about 5 minutes to prepare. This meal makes plenty of servings and is great for leftovers. To begin you will need, 1 lb. ground beef, 1/4 cup of grated parmesan, I large beaten egg, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 2 cans of crushed tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, ½ chopped yellow onion, 1 cup of chicken broth, and 1 lb. of spaghetti pasta. In a large bowl combine the ground beef, egg, and cheese. Roll this mixture into about 15 meatballs and place them at the bottom of the crockpot. Grab another bowl and let’s mix together the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, onion. Pour this sauce over the meatballs that are in the crockpot. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for about 6 hours. An hour before the meal is complete add in the chicken broth and spaghetti and continue to cook for the rest of the hour. When the hour is up, your meal is ready.

2. Chicken Tortilla Soup

This is one of the few crockpot meals that are amazing for any time of the year. You will need, 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, 1 can of rinsed black beans, 1 cup of corn, 2 chopped green bell peppers, 1 large chopped white onion, 1 can of fire-roasted tomatoes, 3 minced cloves of garlic, 2 cups of chicken broth, 1 cup of shredded cheese, and 3 strips of corn tortillas. In the slow cooker add the chicken, beans, corn, peppers, onion, tomatoes, and chicken broth. For 6 hours cook on low, cook until the chicken is falling apart. Then shred the chicken and add the cheese and cook for 5 more minutes. When the 5 minutes is complete take a portion of the soup and put in a serving bowl and top with tortilla chips and dig in.

3. Chicken Alfredo

You can be your own Olive Garden with this amazing crockpot recipe. You will need just a few items. Grab, 1 lb. of boneless chicken, 2 cups of heavy cream, 1 cup of chicken broth, 4 tablespoons of softened butter, ½ lb. of rigatoni, and 1/3 cup of grated Parmesan. This will only take about 10 minutes to prepare. Here we go. In the crockpot add in the chicken, heavy cream, butter, and broth. Then cook on high for 2 hours and then remove the chicken to a plate. Add rigatoni and parmesan to the crockpot and cook for about 20 minutes. Finally, add the chicken back to the crockpot and then serve.

4. Chicken Noodle Soup

This classic meal can feed 8 people, or you can enjoy 8 servings of this amazing meal. You will need, 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, 1 large chopped onion, 3 carrots sliced into coin shapes, 2  stalks of sliced celery, 3 cloves of minced garlic, 10 cups of chicken broth, and 8 ounces of egg noodles. This next part is quick and easy. Add all the ingredients, except the egg noodles, into the crockpot and cook for 8 hours on low. Then add the egg noodles and cook for another 30 minutes and then serve.

5. Chicken (or Beef) and Broccoli

This meal can be made with chicken or beef, it’s up to you, you’re the chef. You will need 2 minced cloves garlic, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 1/4 cup of honey, 2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar, 2 lb. of chicken or beef, 1 tablespoon of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of sriracha, 1 lb. of frozen broccoli and cooked brown rice. In a bowl mix the garlic, soy sauce, honey, ketchup, and sriracha together. In the crockpot add in the chicken (or beef) and the liquid combination you just made. Cook on low for 4 hours. Add the broccoli to the crockpot and cook for another hour. Remove the chicken or beef and cut it into small pieces. In a bowl add a serving size of the rice and add the meat mixture on top and eat up.

6. Chicken Fajitas

This meal can be eaten with or without the tortilla and goes great with a side of beans and rice. You will need, 4 boneless chicken breast, 3 sliced bell peppers, 1 thinly sliced onion, 1 can of diced tomatoes, and 10 tortillas. Let’s get started. Put chicken, bell peppers, and onions in the crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours. Then take out the chicken and cut into pieces. Grab a tortilla and the chicken mixture on top. Now get your grub on.

7. Scalloped Potatoes

If you don’t eat meat this is one of the few meals on the list that you may enjoy. You will need, 1 cup of heavy cream, 1/4 cup of chicken broth, 2 tablespoons of chopped rosemary, 3 lb. russet potatoes, sliced into a coin about 1/4″ thick, and 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan. First mix together heavy cream, chicken broth, and rosemary in a large bowl. Place the potatoes on the bottom of the crockpot lining the bottom of it. Add parmesan, your cream mixture. Then repeat until all the potatoes are gone. Cook on high for 4 hours. Then place in a bowl and serve.

8. Mac and Cheese

If you have about 3 hours to spare, try making this meal. You will need only a few things, 1 lb. of elbow macaroni, 1 stick of melted butter, 4 cups of shredded cheese, 4 ounces of cream cheese cut into cubes, 1/2 cup of grated parmesan, 2 cans evaporated milk, 2 cups of whole milk, and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder. Add the macaroni, butter, cheese, cream cheese, parmesan, both kinds of milk, and garlic powder in the crockpot. Cook on high for about 3 hours and stirring it every 20 minutes. Then you’re done!

9. Brownie

This is a meal because it’s dessert and goes great with ice cream. Dessert is the most important meal of the day. To make this delicious creation you will need 2 cups of melted butter, 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 2/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/3 cup of flour, 3 large eggs, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt, 1 cup of chocolate chips, and 1 gallon of vanilla ice cream. Here we go. Line the crockpot with parchment paper in the formation of an X and then spray with cooking spray. In a bowl combine all the ingredients except the ice cream. Cook on low for 5 hours. Lift the brownie from the crockpot and serve with a cup of ice cream.

10. Turkey Chili

This scrumptious meal goes perfectly with cornbread. You will need only a few ingredients. Grab, a teaspoon of extra-virgin olive oil, 1 finely chopped red onion, 1 chopped green bell pepper, 1 lb. of ground turkey, 2 minced cloves garlic, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 1 can of chopped tomatoes, 1 can of rinsed and drained black beans, 1 can of rinsed and drained kidney beans, 1 cup of chicken broth, and 2 teaspoons of chili powder. In the crockpot add the onions peppers, ground turkey, garlic, tomato paste, chopped tomatoes, both kinds of beans, chicken broth, and chili powder. Cook for 4 hours. Then voilà you’re done.
