Fall and winter is the best time to break out your cooking skills and really show them off, especially because fall recipes are pretty easy to make if you follow the recipe and stick to cheap, seasonal products. This recipe is pretty easy, and you can make it with a cooked grocery store chicken for a cheaper and easier option, you just need to put the chicken in for a little in your oven (be extremely watchful of the chicken if you do this) to get the sweet chilli sauce soaked into the chicken. Chilli is one of the easiest dishes to make, and although it looks like a lot of work, should only take about 30-40 minutes. This specfic chilli is easy because it calls for the vegetables that you can find during the season at your grocery store, and not anything at all fancy. The recipe is also classicly spiced, so it tastes exactly like any Southwestern chilli, just with a little fall twist to it. Country living suggests pairing it with store-bought biscuits and a salad.
This recipe is perfect for making a fall recipe that’s not too crazy fancy, but still super delicious (plus, pasta is pretty hard to mess up). The recipe is literally just pasta with chopped seasonal vegetables, which you can find in your grocery store, all cooked with a bit of olive oil. Country living also suggests that if you have fresh basil, mint, parsley, or dill in the garden or the fridge, chop 1/4 cup and stir into this vitamin-packed pasta just before serving.
