This specfic chilli is easy because it calls for the vegetables that you can find during the season at your grocery store, and not anything at all fancy. The recipe is also classicly spiced, so it tastes exactly like any Southwestern chilli, just with a little fall twist to it. Country living suggests pairing it with store-bought biscuits and a salad.
This recipe is perfect for making a fall recipe that’s not too crazy fancy, but still super delicious (plus, pasta is pretty hard to mess up). The recipe is literally just pasta with chopped seasonal vegetables, which you can find in your grocery store, all cooked with a bit of olive oil.
