Dairy-free lattes are not only healthier but also lower in fat and calories, and it’s been quite controversial on whether dairy is actually a good source of nutrients since the high fat contents can lead to health issues. So, if you are already eating a dairy-free diet or are planning on going dairy-free then these recipes are a must during this winter.
