Chocolate is a magical food. No matter what it’s in or how you use it, you simply can’t go wrong. To prove it to you, I’ve compiled a list of some chocolate desserts that are to die for. Whether you’re a dark chocolate or milk chocolate fan, no one can resist the rich, sweet taste of chocolate, especially when it’s baked into something irresistible. This list of amazing chocolate desserts will have you drooling and potentially even wanting to make these desserts on your own!

1. Brownies with cookie dough frosting

Take your normal brownie recipe to the next level with these yummy brownies with cookie dough frosting! This recipe is the perfect mixture of some of the best desserts out there: brownies and cookie dough. The fudgy brownie base is the perfect bite of rich, chocolatey goodness, and the cookie dough frosting tops it off with the perfect amount of sweetness. Make sure you have some cocoa powder, chocolate chips, and butter on hand because you’ll need those to make this recipe. And don’t worry, the cookie dough frosting doesn’t have eggs, so everything is completely safe to eat!

2. Chocolate Bundt Cake

While a classic chocolate cake is perfectly great to enjoy, check out this recipe for a beautiful chocolate bundt cake! If you decide to make this recipe yourself, make sure to properly grease your pan before pouring in your batter. This recipe is simple enough, starting with dry ingredients then combining them with wet ingredients. The great thing about this cake is you can decorate it however you like! Amp up the chocolate flavor by adding some chocolate sauce and chocolate chips, or take an alternate route and top with a fruity flavor.

3. Chocolate Cheesecake Bars

Are you a fan of cheesecake? What about chocolate cheesecake? If the answer is yes, I have a great dessert for you! These chocolate cheesecake bars are literally to die for, as they’re filled with dark chocolate, cream cheese, and Oreos. The Oreos are actually used to make the base of the bar, along with butter and melted chocolate. The rest of the bars are made from a combination of cream cheese, melted chocolate, and heavy cream, all coming together to create a delicious dessert. The best part about these bars is you don’t have to bake them! Once everything is in place, just stick these in the fridge for at least 3 hours!

4. Chocolate Mousse Pie

A lot of chocolate desserts can be very rich, which is why I included this chocolate mousse pie on the list to change it up a bit. You’ll start with an Oreo crust base, which you can either buy pre-made or make yourself. Then, you’ll need to whip up some heavy cream until you have stiff peaks. Fold into a mixture of melted chocolate, butter, marshmallows, and milk, then pour the mixture onto the Oreo crust. While the pie is chilling, whip up your remaining heavy cream, then spread over pie and garnish.

5. Oreo Pie

While we’re on the topic of pies, I thought I’d mention this next lovely chocolate dessert, made from everyone’s favorite chocolate cookie. That’s right, Oreos are the star of this next recipe! It’s made in a very similar way to our previous chocolate pie, but instead using vanilla pudding mix and crushed Oreos. Add some whipped cream to top this pie, and don’t forget to chill in the fridge before eating! Sprinkle with some extra crushed Oreos, then dig into this delicious chocolate dessert. You’ll find that’s it is the perfect amount of chocolatey flavor; not too rich but not too subtle.

6. Chocolate Brownie Cookies

If you’re craving both cookies and chocolate at all times like I am, I have a solution for you! These heavenly chocolate brownie cookies were made to be enjoyed, and aren’t too complicated to make. You’ll need some unsweetened cocoa powder of course, plus your other regular cookie dough ingredients. Don’t forget those chocolate chips, too! These ooey-gooey cookies are perfect for any occasion and will have you drooling just at the sight of them. With their soft centers and crunchy outsides, you can’t go wrong with these cookies.

7. Chocolate Macarons

If you’re up for a challenge in the kitchen, consider making these beautiful chocolate macarons! Macarons aren’t necessarily difficult to make, but they require a bit of skill and attention to detail, so you couldn’t exactly whip these up quickly like some of these other desserts. But, if you’re up to the task, go for it! There’s no way you could ever regret making something as crunchy, sweet, and delicious as macarons. Fill these delicious treats with a decadent chocolate ganache or frosting, and don’t forget to follow the instructions exactly! Have fun with these!
