Keep reading on how to wow all of your sorority sisters! Don’t miss a beat!

1. White, Black, And Jean

When it comes to recruitment week, you want to dress trendy and chic, but also casual and not too flashy. A good way to do this is to wear black ripped jeans, a white top, and a jean jacket. The colors are both modern and trendy, but also give off an effortlessly casual vibe. Throw on some converse or vans, and head out! This outfit works well with almost any season for recruitment week, spring semester or fall semester. Rock that chic look, girl!

2. Flannel Szn

It’s never too early for flannel season, baby! Most recruitment weeks are within the first three weeks of school, so if its the fall semester it should be somewhere toward the end of September, or if its the spring semester, somewhere toward the end of January or the beginning of February, depending on what schedule your school follows. If you live in the south and it’s too hot in September, tie it around your waist with some shorts! The flannel trend is timeless and trendy, so grab one in a few different colors because you’re going to need them! Either red, blue, green, or even yellow flannel patterns are trendy, so shop them all!

3. Destroyed Jeans

If you do not own a pair of destroyed skinny jeans, are you really in college? This classic look keeps you looking trendy and chic for class, recruitment events, and parties. Pair it with any tank, sweater, or black jacket and you are golden. I think destroyed, ripped jeans scream, “COLLEGE”. Throw on some converse to complete the look! Trendy and cute!

4. Teddy Bear Sweater

With a name so cute, who can resist the temptation? The oversized teddy bear sweater is trendy for the cold winter months, and looks super cute with jeans! Throw on a basic white or neutral t-shirt underneath, combined with cute ankle boots or converse sneakers. You’ll look cute and trendy, but also stay warm walking to the event on campus! Shop the sweater in brown, black, or white!

5. Jean Skirt

When it comes to jean skirts, you’ll think the 90s are back. They are! Rock that jean skirt trend with your choice of Adidas, Converse, or vans. Keep it simple with a tight-knit long sleeve, or go wild with a printed top. Jean skirts are back! Not only can you stick with the classic look, but also be creative with styles like red, black, or pink jean skirts too! Many stores found in malls will be carrying these looks. Rock it!

6. High Waisted, Loose Shorts

This trend applies to all PNM’s, across the nation, for the fall semester. It probably will be anywhere from 60 to 90 degrees depending on where you live in the country. This trend is simple, cute, but also trendy! Throw on a jean jacket if you need one, or a tank if you’re in the south!

7. Long, Open Sweaters

This trend is preferably for the spring semester, but depending on where you live, it can be done for the fall semester, too! Considering that the spring semester doesn’t start until February, and it is still cold out, you are going to want to dress accordingly. That’s why this trend is always in style! Best paired with a solid colored t-shirt or tank, with jeans and converse!

I think this trend goes without saying… MUST HAVE. I mean, come on, it completes almost any outfit or trend, no? Choose from navy blue, green, or black, this jacket looks perfect with ripped jeans, skirts, leggings, or even shorts! One of the best aspects of this trend is that almost any store like H and M, American Eagle, or Forever21 will have it, and they are pretty cheap. Check out the look below!

10. Leggings

Ah, leggings. Similar to the destroyed jeans, are you even in college if you don’t own a pair? Kidding! Seriously, leggings for recruitment week are always trendy, and super comfortable, too. I would throw on a sweater, flannel, or cute top that fits your style. Leggings always look cute, so what you wear for shoes is up to you, but trending now is Nikes, Converse, Adidas, or even rain boots!

11. Chunky Bracelets

I know that this isn’t an outfit, but its definitely a trend, and recruitment week is the perfect time to wear ’em! Layering jewelry is a great way to accessorize, and fun too! You can personalize any outfit or add creativity just by choosing which bracelet or necklace. I never leave the house without them. They are staple items! You can get them at any local gift shop, or shop online. But hey, why stop there? Shop rings, anklets, and necklaces too to complete the trendy vibe. Featured below is ‘Pura Vida’, and you can shop their online website to order as many as you’d like. Don’t miss out!
