8 Cheesy Recipes For All Cheese Lovers

If you’re like me, your love for cheese is stronger than ever. You can eat it with almost anything! Bread, chips, crackers, vegetables, and even fruits! If you want to know how to make and enjoy the most yummy cheesy dishes, just follow these simple recipes! They incorporate cheese to dishes that are already great without it, which makes them all the more better! Trust me, you won’t regret it.

1. Garlic Herb Cheesy Potatoes

If you like potato gratin, you’ll absolutely love this recipe. The potatoes are ooey, gooey, and delicious and the top has a nice crunch to it! First, you’ll need to preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Then, in a small pan over medium heat, melt a tbsp of butter and sauté 3 cloves of minced garlic and 1/4 cup of minced thyme and sage for about 3-5 minutes. Thinly slice 3 cups of sweet potatoes and 3 cups of Russet potatoes and toss them with 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, 1 and 1/2 tsp of salt, and the butter, herb, and garlic mixture. Arrange half of the potatoes nicely in a baking pan, add a layer of cheese with 1/4 cup of chicken brother, add the remaining potatoes, and repeat the steps with the cheese and brother, and also top it with crushed kettle chips. Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes. Uncover the foil and bake again for about 15 minutes or until golden brown!

2. BLT Grilled Cheese

Instead of your classic cheese and bread, upgrade your favorite snack and make it a full on meal! First, fry 3 slices of bacon and drain any excess oil. Get two slices of bread, and butter both sides. Place your choice of cheeses as well as the bacon, tomatoes, and lettuce. Grill the sandwich on your pan until golden brown, and enjoy!

3. Super Creamy Mac and Cheese

This super creamy mac and cheese is incredibly rich and addicting! One bite, and you’ll want more! Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and butter a casserole or baking dish. Cook a pound of elbow macaroni, drain it when it’s done, and toss in a stick of butter and stir until it’s all melted. add 2 cups of half and half alongside some salt and pepper. Next, add 2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar, 2 cups of Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese, 2 eggs lightly beaten, and 8 ounces of Velveeta cut into small cubes. Add some more cheese on top, and bake the mixture for 30-35 minutes.

4. Cheese Souffle

Souffles can seem very complicated to make, but this recipe is incredibly easy! Now you won’t have to go to a restaurant to eat it, and you can save your money! Preheat your oven to 425 degrees, and butter two souffle cups and dust some parmesan cheese on them. Melt 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of unsalted butter over medium heat, add 1 and 1/2 tbsp of flour, and stir for about 3 minutes. Heat 1/2 cup of ilk in the microwave for 30 seconds and whisk it into the butter until it is thick. Whisk in 2 egg yolks with 1/2 tsp of ground mustard, 1/4 tsp of salt, and 1/4 tsp of white pepper. Stir in 2 tbsp of finely grated parmesan cheese and remove from the stove. Beat 2 egg whites and then fold it into the sauce mixture. Pour the mixture into your souffle cups and let them bake in 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

5. Cheddar, Ham and Pasta Bake

This recipe is great because you can literally use the random ingredients you have in the fridge, and you can eat leftovers for days with this dish! Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, and butter a baking dish. Cook 8 ounces of elbow macaroni in salted water, drain it, and then set it aside. Melt some butter on a skillet on medium heat. Thinly slice 6-8 green onions, mince a clove of garlic, chop 1 tbsp of parsley, dice 12 to 16 ounces of ham, and cook them in the melted butter. Stir in 3 tbsp of flour into the mixture. Cook this for about a minute and then add a cup of beer and gradually stir 2 cups of milk, a cup of American cheese, 2 cups of sharp cheddar, 1/2 cup of parmesan, salt and pepper. Toss in your macaroni and transfer to baking dish. Add 3/4 cup of breadcrumbs, 2 tbsp of melted butter, and sprinkles of paprika on top! Bake for 25-30 minutes!
