Cleveland is a major city in Ohio right on the shores of Lake Erie. It’s known for a lot including the stately Cleveland Museum of Art, the Cleveland Orchestra, and don’t forget its snowy winters. Charlotte is a major city and commercial hub in North Carolina. It’s also known for the NASCAR Hall of Fame. It’s the perfect place for those who want to be in a major city setting without paying the major city prices. One-bedroom apartments here go for around $1,265 per month.
