All you needs is a bit of flour and a sifter to get the flour to nicely fall on the ground. It doesn’t even have to be hearts. Make a cut out shape in whatever goes with the theme of your wedding. The floating candle and flowers in water look has become very popular in the last few years. You can actually pull off the look without spending a fortune. Head to the Dollar Store and get yourself a few enough glass bowls or glasses to your liking for every table.
