You’ve probably seen this company advertising on Facebook; that’s how I became aware of them! Every bracelet sold funds the removal of one pound of trash from the ocean and shorelines. Each bracelet is made of sustainable material (including a small amount of recycled ocean plastic and ocean trash) and is hand-assembled in Bali. A great thing about this particular cause bracelet is that it’s sold by a non-profit dedicated to one thing: cleaning up our oceans.
You know what your money’s going towards, plus the bracelet’s so cute you know someone’s going to ask where you got it and you’ll be able to promote the cause! At $20, this isn’t a particularly cheap option, but you’re paying more for the removal of the pound of trash from the ocean/shore than for the bracelet itself.
