This is also cooked in one pan, which means easy cleanup and works great if you aren’t an official adult yet, like most of us, and only really own one good pan. Make sure that the pan that you are using is oven safe because you are going to brown your chicken, and then finish cooking it in the oven. If you aren’t concerned about your carb intake, this meal would be awesome with roasted potatoes too. Yum, yum.
