10 Best Sunscreens That You Can Wear Every Day

With summer approaching, wearing a sunscreen is vital to protect your skin from the harmful rays of the sun. But summer is not the only time you should be wearing sunscreen. Ideally, you should wear one, especially on the face, all year round. This prevents against burns and premature aging, not to mention skin cancer. Sunscreen has gotten a bad rap for being smelly, sticky, and overall gross. While this is true for a lot of sunscreens, over the past few years, there has been a lot of innovation to make sunscreens more wearable. Some of these sunscreens are sold overseas but can be easily purchased through Amazon.

1. Neutrogena Sensitive Skin Liquid Face Sunscreen SPF 50

This sunscreen from Neutrogena is a liquid all-mineral sunscreen, so not only is it lightweight, it is  great for sensitive skin. It is SPF 50, so you are getting the best protection possible. This sunscreen may leave a bit of a white-cast, so if you have a darker skin type, this one might not be for you. This sunscreen is also water-resistant for up to 80 minutes, so it is perfect for outdoor activities and reef safe. Overall, this is a great option to wear on the face and body every day to protect your skin. Be sure to pick this up at Target for $11.99.

2. Walgreens Clear Zinc SPF50 Lotion

This Walgreens sunscreen is great because it is extremely cheap, effective, and lightweight. At only $4.19 for 4 ounces, this is an extremely cost-effective option to protect your skin all year round. Upon application, it looks like it would leave a white cast, but after 5 minutes, it dissipates. This is also water-resistant for 80 minutes. For the filters, this sunscreen uses Zinc Oxide and Octocrylene, so it is also safe for sensitive skin and reef safe. For how cheap this sunscreen is, it is a steal, especially if you want to make this your everyday sunscreen. This sunscreen is available at Walgreens.

6. PURITO Comfy Water Sun Block SPF50+ PA++++

Another K-beauty favorite from Purito, this sunscreen is a SUPERHERO for ultra-sensitive skin. As an all mineral sunscreen, this poses virtually no risk for those with extremely sensitive skin.
