10 Of The Best Skincare Products For A Lazy College Student

Just because you are a lazy college student doesn’t mean your skin should suffer! Here are 10 of the best skincare products that will keep your skin so clear people will think you spend way more time and money on maintaining healthy skin than you actually do.

I am a firm believe of “less is more” when it comes to a proper skincare regimen. As a lazy college student, the last thing I want to do is a ten step nightly skincare routine. Let’s check out the top ten best products:

1.Cerave Facial Foaming Cleanser

Cerave is one of my favorite brands that does not contain any of those fancy fragrances, dyes, etc. When it comes to one facial cleanser that never irritates, and never disappoints, the Cerave Foaming Facial Cleanser is the ultimate choice.

2. Simple Protecting Light Moisturizer

This is your ultimate, lazy TWO IN ONE facial moisturizer. Not only does it give the proper amount of vitamins for soft and ageless skin, but it contains SPF 15 to protect you from harsh UV rays as well. Why worry about applying both a face moisturizer and a sunscreen when you can use this one product to cover all your bases?

3. Cerave Salicylic Acid Cleanser

While the classic Cerave Facial Foaming Cleanser is a day to day must have, this Salicylic version of the cleanser is a wonderful item to have on hand to battle the occasional breakout. Whether you’re particularly acne prone, or you just feel a breakout coming, this cleanser will help exfoliate away any impurities. Without needing to combine a wash with a gentle cleanser, this does all the work for you in one easy step.

4. Garnier Skincactive Micellar Cleansing Water

Whether you’re a die hard skincare expert or just a lazy college student, chances are that you’ve seen micellar water being advertised. This is the perfect option for when yo’ve had a long day and don’t feel like giving your face a full cleanser because this product is an ALL IN ONE makeup remover AND cleanser. You can literally dump some of this on a cotton ball, and wipe the day away in one easy step.

5. Neutrogena Make-Up Remover Cleansing Wipes

Personally, I have a love-hate relationship with makeup wipes. However, these cleansing wipes by Neutrogena have NEVER let me down. Without the fancy fragrances that make me break out, these bad boys do exactly what they say they will do.. remove your makeup. While I don’t recommend skipping washing your face with a gentle cleanser along with these makeup wipes, one extra lazy night isn’t going to damage your skin.

6. Thayers Witch Hazel Facial Toner

Even though you may be particularly lazy when it comes to skincare, applying this toner is something that I’m sure you can afford an extra second or two for. All you have to do is add a tiny bit to a cotton ball and apply it directly to your face after washing, and you will be absolutely glowing. Simple products like this are exactly why it’s possible for lazy college students to treat their skin without taking away time in their day.

7. Mario Badescu Rose Water Mist

This hardly even counts as a part of an easy skincare routine because it is almost TOO EASY. Literally, spray this magic mist on your face any time throughout the day that you need a little refresher, and you will be good as new. SIMPLE AS THAT. There is a reason people obsess over this stuff, after trying it, I can promise you that you’ll be obsessing too.

8. Glossier Super Glow Serum

I know what you might be thinking, “WHOAH a serum? Sounds fancy.” Okay I know you consider yourself lazy and a serum might sound like a little much, but all you have to do is apply 3-4 drops to your face and let it do its magic. With Vitamin C being the main ingredient, this serum will reenergize your skin in a way you didn’t even know was possible.. even if it pushes you a tiny bit outside of your skincare comfort zone.

9. Biore Pore Strips

Do you have pesky blackheads on your nose that you just cannot get to go away? Stick one of these lovely strips on your nose, leave it there for about 10 minutes, rip away all the junk clogging your pores and get on with your day/night. When I say this is the epitome of skincare for lazy college students, I mean it. Get a box of these at your nearby drug store, and you’ll be so glad you did.

This product is exactly what it sounds like, it’s a stick to get rid of zits. All you have to do is click the pen three times and apply it directly on the pimple up to three times a day. While there are countless options in terms of spot treatments, this is the perfect choice for the lazy student because of its simplicity to use and transport.
