10 Best Places To Eat In Boca Raton Florida

As A 20-year resident of Boca Raton, I’ve been able to taste all the local flavors that have come through our fair city. Whenever I have visitors come to town, I always like to take them to the restaurants that really exemplify what we are all about. Flavor, taste, and style. That is the theme here. Read on to learn the 10 best places to eat in Boca Raton.

1. Farmers Table – 1901 N Military Trail, Boca Raton, FL 33431

This restaurant is a culinary treat. A farm-to-table theme is truly what this place is all about. When you walk in, you feel like you’ve entered a modern posh farm house. It’s a casual vibe, but don’t wear sweats. The food is off the charts. A few of their signature dishes are the Bison and Cranberry Meat Loaf, the Yellowfin Tuna “Fillet Mignon” and my personal favorite, the Grass-Fed Beef Short Ribs. All their dishes are complimented with a fresh vegetable side dish. They also have vegetarian options that will satisfy your hunger.

2. Seasons 52 – 2300 NW Executive Center Drive, Boca Raton, FL 33431

Seasons 52 is a very popular chain restaurant located throughout the country. It bills itself as an American fresh grill and wine bar. Their brand concept is to deliver a casually sophisticated atmosphere, seasonal menu, and offer fresh ingredients. This delivers menu items that are naturally lighter. They over achieve at this. Every time I’ve been there, the menu changes with the season. There are some staples that last throughout the year. The wood-grilled boneless rainbow trout is not only a flavorful dish, but the presentation is an Instagram must. As the seasons change, so does our taste. They always have interesting things for the new quarter. If a casual atmosphere with a healthy menu is what you crave, this is one of the best places to eat in Boca Raton for you. I highly suggest an evening of wine and food here.

3. Kapow – 431 Plaza Real, Boca Raton, FL 33432

Located in the trendy and popular Mizner Park area, Kapow brings a hip vibe to this elegant piazza. It is a Pan-Asian eatery for buns, noodles, small plates & creative cocktails, in a stylish, art-adorned space. It is a very popular place among tourists and the younger crowds. With delicious tapas style dining and outdoor seating, it is the ideal place to meet up with friends for a happy hour drink and snack. You can stop in for a bite while shopping at Mizner Park. The Ahi Tuna Poke tacos are well presented and flavorful. They have classic Asian dishes such as Pad Thai and fried rice for the “in the box” customers. They even have a live D.J. on the weekends spinning tunes from classic rock to today.

4. The Habit Burger Grill – 5560 N Military Trail, Boca Raton, FL 33496

The Habit Burger Grill is a California based burger restaurant that has come to South Florida. Charbroiled burgers star at this fast-food style chain that also offers deli-style sandwiches, vegetarian selections, salads, and a selection of fries. The classic all American style Charburger is a simple yet elegant way to start off your journey.

If you really want the full taste of The Habit, you must try the appetizing Santa Barbara Char. This is a double burger served on sourdough bread, topped with cheese and avocado. After all, everything is better with avocado. If you are not into red meat, they have you covered. From turkey, veggie, sushi grade tuna, and even portabella mushroom, they cater to all different dietary needs. And the fries. Well of course you must have fries. Regular potato French fries are always available. But wait, they have sweet potato fries and tempura green bean fries. All their food is made from scratch which makes it best places to eat in Boca Raton. You can go there for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even dessert. You can sit down and relax or order it to go. Don’t go there thinking your food will be ready in five minutes. It’s an experience. From their Salmon Royale Croissant to their Six-hour Short Ribs, everything just melts in your mouth. Make sure you save room for one of their made daily baked goods. Trust me. It’s worth the calories.

6. Mississippi Sweets BBQ – 399 North Federal Highway, Boca Raton, FL 33431

Do you love BBQ? I mean do you really love BBQ? Then you must head over to Mississippi Sweets. It’s a small place in a strip mall, so make sure you GPS the address or you’ll miss it. You will know you have found it when you see the people walking out with smiles on their faces. It’s a good old fashioned southern style BBQ joint. What do I recommend here? Everything. Classic baby back ribs, spit-roasted chicken, and even Choctaw farm raised catfish. Make sure you go there hungry, and bring a wet nap. You’ll need it. No forks allowed. It’s like you are in your backyard. Don’t dress fancy. Get messy.
