Another preference can be working out at home rather than a gym full of people because, let’s face it, sometimes you really don’t want others to see all your sweat stains. 1.Yoga With Adriene

Yoga Adriene is a YouTube channel that is perfect for a home workout that is worth your time shaking out your yoga mat. Adriene is a peaceful and sweet character that leads you through yoga practices that are dedicated to a specific part of your body. This is great if you are looking for a workout that isn’t intense but will get you moving. Check her out next time you are in the mood for some yoga.

2.Blogilates

Step into the world of Blogilates and be amazed. Created by Cassey Ho back in 2009 for her small fitness class, it basically blew up into a fitness world designed for women. This site comes with healthy recipes, workouts, fitness calendars, and much more. Although its based on pilates, this a place to grab some encouragement and new workout ideas.

3.Popsugar Fitness

The popsugar fitness YouTube channel has many different workouts you can check out if you are feeling like staying in rather than hitting the gym. Although this program you will want to grab some equipment (some weights and stretch bands), it has a variety to choose from that from abb workouts to pure cardio workouts. These videos are gonna get you moving and sweating, so make sure you have a good space.

You can invest in Fitness Blender and buy their subscription or go through their free workout videos on their site. They have many different work out from yoga to strength trainer. This is another site that you are going to want to grab some weights. Each workout tells you how much calories you should be burning, level of difficulty, and what equipment you need. If you are looking for a quick workout with high intensity levels, get the 7 minute workout app on your phone. This app has raving reviews, and although they have a substriction, they have a lot of work outs that are free. If you are looking for something quick and meaningful, try this app out.

6.Sweaty Betty

Although you have to wade through a lot of other videos on their YouTube Channel, they have several free workout videos that are worth checking out and mixing up your fitness routine. This isn’t gonna be the channel that you will find endless workouts but their workout videos are intense and a nice mix up. For all you dancers, they have a Ballet Dancer bootcamp. Even for us not dancers, close your bedroom door and give it a shot!

7.Muscle and Strength

When you click onto Muscle and Strength site, it’s hard not to picture a muscled out man designing this site (blue and yellow with all sorts of muscles, really?), but this site has a lot of offer for the lifting types. They have a lot of information for gym equipment, but also some great home workout routines. Don’t let all the intense muscles intimidate you, give this site a search and feel the burn.

8.500 Bodyweight Challenge

With no equipment required, the 500 bodyweight challenge is great for home workouts. They provide videos if you need some guidance and explanation about the work outs. Although it’s not a video you put on and full along, you can throw on your favorite workout music and follow the instructions. This site is also great for traveling and no gym in sight.

Another great app that you can put on your phone and have on the go is Down Dog. With yoga at your fingertips, it makes it easier to bail on your yoga class when you can set up your mat at home if you feel like staying in. If you are looking into investing into a workout, P90X comes highly recommended. With great reviews, these intense and highly active videos will have you motivated to stick to a workout routine.
