Back To School Accessories You Need This Year

*Back To School Accessories You Need This Year

Back-to-school shopping is right around the corner- and don’t we all love a new haul? Accessories have become so important when shopping, whether it be sunglasses or a new purse. Here are some accessories to snatch up for your back-to-school fits as soon as possible!

1. Simple Rimless Sunglasses

Accessories like sunglasses never go out of style and it’s no shock why! A good pair of sunnies can shade your true expressions and also pull your outfit together. While sunglasses can be on the more expensive side, buying cheap pairs from stores like Amazon or SheIn is a great idea. Buying a few cheap accessories makes it less painful if you break or lose them because you didn’t spend too much money on them so they won’t be hard to replace! Rimless sunglasses are the perfect accessory for any outfit because they are chic but also match with most things you’re wearing. So block out the sun, and the haters, with one of your new fave accessories!

2. Woven Belt

Woven accessories are something I’m currently obsessed with and I think you should be too! This two-toned woven belt is thick, so it makes a statement. Plus, the contrast between the light woven belt and the darker-toned buckle is super cute and you really can pair this with any outfit you want! I would wear this with a pair of white pants and a white crop top to give off a more resort vibe. However, you truly can’t go wrong with accessories like this one, and chunky belts are very in right now.

3. Bucket Hat

I don’t know about you guys, but bucket hats seem like perfect accessories for your bad hair day. You know when you go to bed with your hair wet and wake up and it’s insane? You don’t have enough time to shower, but you actually cannot leave the house with your hair looking like that. Normally I’d throw it into a ponytail and want to cry the entire day. But now, enter the bucket hat. They are so cool and can give off really any vibe you want. Hats like this one with cute sayings, inspired by Olivia Rodrigo our queen, are very trendy and also are great to shield yourself from the sun if need be!

4. Chain Belt

One of my favorite simple accessories is a dainty chain belt like this one. You can throw belts like these over dresses to cinch your waist in, and the gold chains will also add a little extra flair to your outfit. I would encourage you to accessorize this belt with any outfit and experiment! It can be so fun to make an outfit your own, and belts are the perfect way to do so without putting a ton of extra thought and effort in. It can’t get much better than this Coachella-inspired accessory that will be your new best friend.

5. Cute Hair Clips

Hair accessories are coming back in style fast! Remember the days where you used to put crazy barrettes? Well, you don’t need to reminisce any longer, because all of your fave accessories are now super trendy so jump on them. Lacquered barrettes like these are cute to clip a piece of hair back and add a little extra style to your outfit of the day. My choice would be to curl your hair and either pin a few pieces from the front of your face back or use the clips for a half-up, half-down look and pin it in the back. You’ll never have to worry about looking plain with hair clips like these under your belt!

6. Claw Clips

So I know you all probably have claw clips at the top of your accessories list, but they are evolving ladies. While normal solid claw clips are completely necessary for your wardrobe, try adding some cute and stylish ones for yourself! They are making these clips in all sorts of shapes, sizes, and colors which could not be more exciting for me. I can’t explain how good claw clips are for your hair because they don’t cause any breakage like elastics and hair ties do. So do your style and your hair a favor and experiment with claw clips! Make sure to stock up on these because they are very easy to lose and always keep one on each bag that you wear out.

7. Rhinestone Rim Glasses

I absolutely obsess over these sunnies because they are simple, but the rainbow beading around the rims gives it that extra flair that you so desperately want. They can be worn with literally any outfit and will be so cute with anything. I love the oval rim look, which gives accessories like these a more retro vibe. Pair it with a pair of flare jeans and a plain crop top to give your outfit more personality, and let the compliments flow in! Plain and simple sunglasses with a little something extra can go a long way in your wardrobe and dress up almost any outfit.

8. Bandana

Bandanas are at the top of my accessories must-have list and it’s no surprise why. Tons of celebrities like Billie Eilish, Kendall and Kylie Jenner and Rihanna have all sported the bandana look in one way or another, so that’s how you know they’re amazing. You can tie bandanas any which way you want on your head and look trendy. If you want a more retro, vintage look you can tie one around your neck and wear with a cute dress. Or, simply tie one on your bag that matches your outfit of the day. Any way you want to use a bandana is great, because it really can tie together any outfit and looks amazing.
