Working out is so difficult, and if you just aren’t feeling motivated there is little to no hope for you to even begin. The classic sit-up. It seems obvious but should not be over-looked. This exercise is truly fabulous- why? Because you are able to get rock hard abs, but still able to stay lying on the floor. You can literally lay anywhere whilst doing this exercise!

The double leg stretch is a fabulous exercise for abs and legs. What’s great about this exercise is that you can do this at your own pace and still get results!
