Exercise is a great way to boost your mood and physical health. But going to the gym regularly and maintaining a healthy diet can be hard for many of us. This is especially true when you’ve got your hands full with classes, work, or other activities. Luckily there are ways to help you maintain a good fitness regime.

Despite what you may have heard you don’t have to splurge on a personal trainer or overly complicated diet program to get in shape. With technology improving more and more, there are now thousands of apps that can help you maintain a healthy lifestyle. From running apps that donate to charity for every mile you run to precise calorie trackers, maintaining a healthy life is easier than ever today. Here are 10 apps that can help improve your fitness regime.

1. MyFitnessPal

MyFitnessPal will help you keep your diet on track by letting you put in every meal you eat in a day. Putting in a meal or two is easy, typically you don’t even have to worry about looking on the label on the back of the box or meal. Instead you can usually just search the meal you had and will pop up, making it easy to add to your tracker. You also can put in your height and weight and your goals to get custom calorie recommendations.  Additionally, the app will let you know if a meal or snack you had was high in sugar or carbs.

In a pinch but still want to workout? Seven has got you covered, offering a variety of workouts that are each only seven minutes. The workouts are relatively simple and easy to do at home.

3. Charity Miles

Don’t just run for exercise, run for a charity too! With Charity Miles you can jog for a cause by using their app. For every mile you run or walk, the app donates to a charity of your choice. There are plenty of causes you can donate to from St. Jude’s Hospital to Special Olympics.

4.  ClassPass

Maybe you’re looking for a gym to stick with but just can’t seem to decide? ClassPass helps you book classes at multiple studios. You can narrow down your search by using filters so you can find whatever you want, whether that’s yoga or boxing. Prefer to work out with a buddy? You can use the app to coordinate classes with your friend, so both you and your friends can workout in the same class. There’s also a membership you can pay for, which allows you access to tons of studio classes without the hefty membership fee and you can livestream video workouts from your phone.

5. Aaptiv

Ever wanted a personal trainer but couldn’t afford it? Aaptiv allows you get a variety of personal trainers, all from the convenience of your home. You can select various trainers and choose from a multitude of workouts. All you need is a pair of headphones and the trainer selected will guide you through the workout.

6. Couch To 5K Running App

Always wanted to run a race but just can’t seem to get the motivation to actually do it? Couch to 5K helps you reach the goal of running of 5k by giving you a personalized program. It will give you a good fitness regime to do so you can improve your running. As you improve, the distance for each run will increase. Zombies run is a great way to get yourself up and moving. Unlike most other jogging apps, the Zombies Run! app actually has a story you can follow and allows you to immerse yourself in a post apocalyptic world overrun by zombies. While running, you’ll listen to an audio story that tells you about what’s happening and makes you feel like you’re stuck in a zombie apocalypse. Occasionally, you’ll have to run faster to “outrun” zombies, encouraging you to pick up the pace.
